CVS Minute Clinic

Worst service ever. Wasted my time on my prescription. Told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. When I tried using my insurance card the old Asian lady with glasses said it wasn’t working. Then she tossed my card back. So unprofessional. Unless you got hours to kill avoid this pharmacy. Never going back!

I called ahead to make sure they can treat venom spider bites. Toll free center said yes and go straight in. The place is dirty. You have to stand in line with a bunch of other sick people to put your info on a touch screen… that every sick person in the place has touched (and turned out to be broken anyway). Then you go back to a dirty cubby hole and wait.
I’ll skip the story about the wait time.
The lady/​doctor asked for my payment first. I repeated my question about the spider. She literally googled spider bites IN FRONT OF ME! Then said she could treat it. I told her that if I was paying $ 80 for her to tell me to take Benadryl that I would get fairly upset. She said, yes, Benadryl. I don’t think her English was all that good. I walked out.
If you need shots, maybe this place is OK. I went across the street to Walgreens. Clean, nice, and at least they don’t charge you for stuff they can’t do anything about.
