The women’s bathroom is disgusting! I had to take my toddler in there and I was mortified!

I’m extremely disappointed in this store. They run a card program that promises rewards but when you go to the store with the 20 percent reward coupon, it’s not good for anything. For example if you select a product that is discounted even 5 percent, the coupon is no good on that product. Not even for the fifteen percent difference. The bottom line is that I got no discount with my coupon. I tore up the reward card. The program is not ethical. I’ll shop somewhere else now.

When pharmacists get sidetracked during the process of getting a prescription transferred there from one of their own stores, and I have to make 3 phone calls to finally get it filled there I really wonder about their competency. I know that the person I talked to all those times just totally forgot to call the other store. This will be one pharmacy where I will stand at the counter and count my morphine tablets right in front of them to make sure they don’t short me on them if they fill that there. It took 2 days to get my Lyrica transferred there for God’s sake

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I go here all the time because its so close, but seriously don’t go here.
Once in awhile you will find a good employee, but for the most part they are all extremely rude, lazy, liars, and idiots. This place seriously needs to fire almost everyone and get some new employees… Especially the pharmacists.
Don’t send your prescriptions here, they wont be done in time, if they get done at all. They will lie to you about it not being done or say «they just got it» and they are just all around lazy. Even doctors say they here horrible things about this pharmacy, so I’m not kidding… I’ve literally had doctors offices call the pharmacy to find out what’s going on with prescriptions.
Last night is what prompted me to write this review. Me and my friend walked in to get some alcohol for our Saturday night out. The idiot at the counter was not only rude and a liar, but refused to sell it to us because the friend we were with left, which meant he wasn’t over 21… First of all, we didn’t come in with anyone. We had no idea what he was even talking about! Second, he said that he saw us walk in with him (which we didn’t, we walked in alone) and that he saw us talking to him, debating which alcohol we wanted. This again, was a blatant lie… We didn’t talk to him at all, I didn’t even see this guy! He as so rude about it too, almost yelling at us.
Basically if you want to get lied to, yelled at, and barely helped if at all, this is your place!
Worst store I have ever been to, literally.

The female working at the counter this evening is multitasking like crazy. An now this old woman cut in line, parallel parks her cart, and asks some questions about filling her prescription. When I say old I mean old and needs a walker but doesn’t have one. Alright, so she calls me up and I applaud her on her wonderful multitasking skills.
I also have used this pharmacy for years and years and have never had any issues.

Rudest. Pharmacy. Staff. Ever.
Everyone I’ve spoken to here acts like it’s their first day here and they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I’ve been hung up on because I «wasn’t speaking up.» When Julie picks up the phone she lets me know «there’s a bunch of calls ahead of you, do you wanna hold?»
Im used to grumpy pharmacists, but the behavior of the staff here is absolutely abhorrent.
