Cvs Procare

So this is actually now called CarePlus — they are a part of the CVSHealth family. Unlike your standard CVS’s, a CarePlus is able to carry really expensive drugs. meaning they can stock MS, Cancer, HIV etc types of medications that would normally ship from a specialty mail order pharmacy. Met Daniel, he was super. The staff all greeted us while we walked in. We were there for a meeting and introduction, but I will tell you this, they are wonderful.

This CVS was super shady, and they did not have a functional bathroom for customers.

This pharmacy Rocks. I am crohns patient and require a bi-​weekly injection. I have been receiving this prescription for a year now. Every month they send this to my Work address and always enroll me in the latest discount program. This week my doctor had not returned the request for refill and on Friday morning I called CVS CarePlus, they got in touch with the doctor and was able to get my medication same day. How awesome is that! Thank you CVS for keeping me healthy!

This place calls themselves «CarePlus» … care plus nothing! My mother was prescribed Forteo which requires a daily self-​injection. A nurse came to the house and promised that she would come «every day, six days a week» until my mother felt confident enough to give herself the shot.
The nurse called back before she even came back second time and told my mother that «she wasn’t a candidate» for this treatment and cancelled any further visits! Then they did not want to refund the $ 176 paid for the medication. When I called the nurse later she absolutely lied about the conversation she had with my mother.
We never would have bought the stuff without the assurances that were provided that they would provide the necessary support.
We had an agreement with them which they broke. We plan to move all our prescriptions from CVS and never use the pharmacy again.
