The managers dont even want to listen to the customers. Their hostess were so unfriendly. And i wasted an hour and a half waiting for a table yet its nothing for them!!!

Very happy overall. Service was great. Food was great. We ordered the mini dogs, grilled cheese sticks and pretzel pull aparts. All was fresh and hot. The beer was cold! This place was packed!

The lights and noises are obnoxious! The Game Bar especially was full of drunk and constantly yelling people(of course this could have been bad timing) which ruined the experience for me. The overstimulation always leaves me grumpy, tired and regretful. We waited over an hour for a table and even had to take our own unattended table for ourselves.(We were supposed to be told when a table was available.) The food there, though«traditionally Anerican,» is greasy, unhealthy, and mostly inclusive of meat.

This location is a little bit hidden right under the freeways, there is plenty of parking. We usually like to go to different Dave and Busters to see what kind of games they have and the atmosphere. They are also open late until 12AM which adds fun to the day. There is two bars at this location with a big dinning room area to order food and sit down for dinner. We were there to play games and enjoy the rest of the night. They have so many games to choose from. The arcade area is bigger than the other ones we have been to. Definitely there was more variety and one of our favorite car racing games are there. Plenty of fun! The winner circle or where you go pick out prizes was very organized with lots of prizes to choose from too!

Burgers came from frozen patties. Calamari was 90% onion. The pizza pretzels reminded us of public school prison quality food. And finally, the chicken strips tasted like Firestone tires. On the bright side the chips and spinach dip didn’t taste horrible. Editing this post an hour later. Had severe food poisoning from here. Horrible on all accounts.

I give them a big fat zero. Horrible service and so rude. Sat at a table for more than 15 minutes with not one person stopping to check on us. When we asked for a manager we waited another 10 minutes with another no show. Then we spoke to the hostess who was very rude. Not gonna waste any money at this place. Stay away if you can! Headquarters definitely needs to send a secret shopper to this location. Added: unfortunately it was not just because they were busy. I’m a pretty understanding person and there were empty tables around. I don’t know what there problem was.

Great place for a night out and playing games. The parking lot is pretty big, but cars parked as if there were no lines marking designated parking. There was nothing«wow» about the food. The service was absolutely slow! Our party waited over an hour and a half to get seated, plus another 45 minutes for food. We passed time by playing in the arcade. Out appetizer came after our entrées which was really upsetting. I recommend this place for a fun night of games and drinks at the bar, maybe an appetizer.

I only come to D&B during the afternoon hours. Before everyone starts drinking and gaming. It reminds me a lot of being a kid and having the whole playground to yourself! Endless possibilities and zero lines! They’ve made things easier and easier every time I go when it comes to paying to playing the game. You load a card up for tokens and slide it as your payment. Once you win tickets, they upload to your card to save some trees! A few older games like Wack-a-mole will print them. I love being able to walk around and play some games knowing there’s an epic toy on the line to win with my tickets. Their food and drinks are a tad over priced, but their seating is pretty open and great for dates. Not the best restrooms and when there’s large groups of people it’s hard to navigate around.

Calling all kids-at-heart! Dave & Buster’s is a place for you to play games, eat bar food, watch sportsball, and d-r-i-n-k. If you want to get tipsy and play DDR, this is your spot. Giant-sized Connect Four? Done. Star Wars Battlepods? DONE! This is a perfectly fine spot to spend an evening, but I’d recommend coming in during a special night or Happy Hour(half-off drinks after 10PM on weekdays). Food is always fine, drinks are strong enough, and service is friendly(but slow). Once you’re done playing games, spend tickets to buy… stuff! Candy, stuffed animals, or use it to buy MOREFOOD. That’s the D&B circle of life right there. This specific D&B location is a bit hard to find, since it is under the freeway. If you take a rideshare, they may get confused.

This place is very crowded and very very loud on Friday nights. The parking lot is usually pretty full, but still manageable to find a parking spot if you wait a little bit. Haven’t tried the food, but the beverages were very average. The two Dancing Arcade Machines were both kind of old to me. The volume of the songs were super small under the noisy atmosphere. I could barely hear the song from the two dancing arcade machines. The Mario Karts were all pretty new/fancy, but they were busy(there were four Mario Karts). You have to wait in line in order to play those. The good side was that you don’t have to collect tickets because they were collected automatically to your card.

Dave and buster has been a great time every one of my visits. So much fun! I haven’t had dinner/food here so I can’t comment on that, but the atmosphere is always lively and fun! Loud music and they’ll even have a DJ spinning on the weekends I think. They have happy hour drink specials and late night drink specials after 10pm(Sunday-Thursday) as well. Which is great because that’s about the time I’m usually there when I go haha The bartenders are always friendly and get our drinks promptly. I’ll usually have a shot and bottle beer, so you can’t really mess that up. I’ve tried their blended margarita too which was yummy but didn’t seem *too* strong. I like that 99% of their games are always on/working. I hate going to arcades and half the games don’t work, or the card reader is busted. You don’t have to worry about tokens here as you just load up the card with credits and swipe it before playing the game. Games are expensive here though, so they’ll go fast. Tickets also get loaded onto your card. The parking lot is big but gets really crowded, especially on weekends so be aware of that. You’re not allowed in if you’re under 21 unless you’re with an adult over 25. Like I said, it’s always been a fun time here. Especially during late week nights when most other stuff is closed. Thanks for also being just a couple minutes from my house too ;p

When he wants to watch sports leave him at the bar, you go play games, meet up for drinks. Pleasant happy medium. I’ve been here for different events which they accommodate and cater very well to. Love the deals that get emailed to me. Wish the prices of the games wouldn’t keep rising though. I did have the good fortune of receiving a coupon from a rep walking around!

Dave & Buster’s = grown up Chuck E. Cheese. Personally, I love D&Bs because it’s such a fun space. The first time I’ve ever been inside was when I was 16 or so, and I just came to eat with my sister and her boyfriend. I can’t even remember the food. The next time, or times, that I’ve been here is when I was actually old enough to drink. Sometime early last year, my work treated us to D&Bs for free play, as well as a buffet style dinner, so we had our own secluded area to ourselves. The buffet was Mexican food – tacos, quesadillas, beans, guacamole, etc and so on – and it was just alright. I was starving, but I didn’t end up eating too much just because I would get full off of what I was eating. With that being said, I wouldn’t necessarily come here to eat. The fun part about this place is drinking and playing games! I’m a really girly drinker, so I’m glad they have such a girly and fun selection of cocktails. I think one of my favorite drinks here is the strawberry watermelon margarita that comes with watermelon ice cubes, and their cherry berry mojito. I feel as if they occasionally switch up the menu because I wanted to order the mojito one time, and it was unavailable. I didn’t even ask, but maybe they could’ve made it. I’ve tried their snowcones, and they’re tasty and fruity! I can’t really taste the alcohol too much, but it’s definitely there. It can get pretty crowded, but playing the games is always fun. Sometimes the game you want to play is occupied, so that can be a little annoying. Playing games adds up and gets really expensive – my boyfriend probably added like $ 100 to our power up card for our last visit. Regardless, it’s a fun time.

I remember when this place used to be swarmed by college kids on Thursdays. Now, on a weekend, it MIGHT be busy, but not usually. As you already see from most of the other reviews as well as word of mouth, this place is basically a grown-up’s Chuck E. Cheese. Every once in a while, I see a kid’s party here, but they’ll be disappointed that there won’t be any mascot coming out to greet them. The food is decent. It’s tough for me to fully embrace it because I have seen the prices gradually rise before my very eyes. Entrees are roughly between $ 10 – 20. You’re not going to get something gourmet, but it’s more than likely at par with what your taste palette will allow. Drinks are decent as well. The bartenders are pretty good. I like how you can bring your drinks around the arcade games. They have tables and areas around the games to place your drink(s). For the best deal, you’ll want the power combos, and they come with a game card with your meal. You’ll want to check the prices on the entrée so that you can get the best value. Power cards for gameplay and redemption are location-specific, which means that if you have cards from other locations, they’re NOGOOD here. Same goes for these cards brought to other locations. They’re NOGOOD there. If you want an effective way to win a TON of prize tickets, play those machines that push the tokens over the edge. None of that House of the Dead nonsense. Prize section is not nearly as great as awesome as before. I remember when there were aisles. Now there’s just a random pile of junk in the center of that whole prize area. And don’t even think about having a normal-looking prize. If you want a giant teddy bear, you can only get it in funky hippy colors. Honestly, this place is fun to go every once in a while, especially if you have a group of people who don’t really want to do anything specifically and just want to take a load off from the week. There’s a ton of audio and visual stimulation, and spending money is way too easy with these damn games. Who wants to challenge me at table hockey???

Calling in for a Togo order is ridiculous, good luck getting through and, if you do, have patience because You’ll be on hold forever. This review is strictly for the food and the dining service. Love the games though, that’s one thing I won’t get tired of for sure.

It’s basically a chuck e. cheese for adults. Play games, win tickets, all while enjoying an adult beverage. Happy hour is from Monday to Thursday after 8pm and Fri-Sun after 10pm in all their drinks and appetizers.

A adult version of Chuckie Cheese’s. Dropped in with some friends and rediscovered the fun you can have as a adult as though you were a kid. So fun fact for those out of towners that have a Dave & Buster’s power card from a different location or a different state like me. You have to either get new one and get your points transferred as your card is roaming or just get your card to be set to the location you are in. I tried to put my power card in the machine to check how many tickets I have however it would not show me how many tickets I had. I caught one of the security guards wandering about and he said it was not going to work if it was from a different state and led us to the front desk. Kind gal gave us a new powercard with the points transferred over as well as the old one for memory. We proceeded to play and apparently most of the points automatically get put on your card after playing. I didn’t find that fun since it was not as exciting as when the tickets came floating out after winning the game. So I set my card to be able to get tickets instead of getting the points put on the card automatically. Way more exciting and fun! My boyfriend’s favorite game was the Kung Fu Panda one which he pretty much excelled at. Though I do think the game glitched a few times as he clearly was hitting everything on mark excluding the bombs but the game claimed that he missed or hit a bomb running out of time. Another fun fact — for the coin games — the one that has the coins getting pushed to the tip, usually if the swiper is shining a rainbow color, you could swipe you power card to get the points. It clearly even say that when you could swipe your card to get the points. Just be careful of the other patrons. Some people are jerks at the basketball game and take your basketballs into their own even though they are not that good at shooting for the overall game. Wait your turn bro. You make it not fun for others. Parking is actually pretty hard to find when you come during rush hour — but eventually spots do open up.

If you have no idea what a Dave & Buster’s is… it’s a Chuck E. Cheese for adults. Play games. Win tickets. Enjoy an adult beverage(or three). «What do you do with the tickets?» «You trade them in for prizes that aren’t worthy NEARLY as much as what you paid to play the games.» This specific location is a bit strange to find, since it’s under a pretty serious freeway overpass; where the 8 meets the 805. PROPS: Large venue for getting people together. They have space that can be rented out for private parties, and even if you’re looking for a casual spot to hang out with a friend to watch the game, or play some Skee-Ball, Dave and Busters is there for you! SLOPS: Most of the staff here seems like they’re just«phoning it in.» I’ve been to several Dave and Busters, and I’ve never had an amazing customer service experience to share. The gaming machines are a bit run down, and it’s quite common to see a few of the games are out of order during each visit.

I remember this place being a lot cooler, but I guess after a few drinks everything is cooler. We came to eat after my daughter’s softball game. It was a Saturday evening to there was a 45 minute wait to eat. No problem, we played some games and received a text alert when our table was ready. My husband had some pasta dish, my daughter ordered chicken fingers with french fries and I ordered the steak salad. Waters all around. My husband was served his water on a completely filthy cup. It had lipstick all around the rim! It was disgusting. My husband’s pasta dish was mediocre, he had to ask for parmesan cheese. I ordered my steak medium and it was rubbery. There were a total of 5 strips and 6 cherry tomatoes. I’m not kidding. The candied walnuts were hard as rocks! I thought I had chipped a tooth for a minute. I make a better steak salad than this place! Personal Goal: 12⁄100

The boyfriend and I were looking for something to do on a cold and rainy night so we decided on Dave and Buster’s. Honestly, I’ve never thought too highly of D&B, but my last visit changed my mind. The games aren’t all that cheap, which is why I didn’t give this place 5 stars, but it’s still a pretty great place to hang out with your friends for a bit. Favorite game was definitely Speed of Light. I’m terribly slow, but I’m also highly competitive so my boyfriend and I had a blast playing it. The trivia game was also pretty fun along with some jump rope and traditional skee ball games. Their food is also not too shabby. We got some nachos, which was pretty darn delicious. This place was packed and service was extremely slow, but we were just enjoying each other’s company so it wasn’t a big deal. This place is not cheap so I wouldn’t drop by that often, but it’s a fun place to hang out with friends.
