Davidov Dental

I went to get some work done on my teeth. Dr Davidov split the work up into two visits so I could use my insurance coverage for two years over the new year. But they didn’t even care to check my insurance for the second year. It turns out my insurance has changed and didn’t cover what they were doing. So now they are trying to stick me with a big bill. Not only that but the tooth he put on just fell off and so I call them to have him fix it and the snotty front desk lady says the dentist is out of the country for a month. She tells me to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They don’t have any other dentist and so now I am missing a tooth he put in poorly and they are threatening to put me in collections. The Dr. is a nice guy it is just his staff and business practice is policy free. They don’t follow a system. I wish I would have never done there!

I was so excited when I started going but since taking over the quality of care and service has drastically dropped. One day the office staff and hygienist were there and next they all walked out or were let go. Trying to get dental records has been discouraging; even the follow up has been lax. I got a text message saying I was overdue for a cleaning but no phone call to actually schedule it. Dr. Gray was amazing and provided the best care for his patients — sorry that the same did not transition with the new dentist.

I have been going to this dental practice for more than 30 years starting with Dr. Mc
Cracken then Dr. Gray. Dr. Davidov is an worthy successor to these two excellent dentists. Trust is paramount and all of these dentists have provided information that is reliable, helpful and honest. Care has always been considerate, thorough, up to date, gentle, and dependable. Dr. Davidov has all of these characteristics. I am happy to be able to stay with this practice.
