Desk staff was rude & curt. The room was that of a college dorm/​frat apartment. Dirty walls, old carpet, non-​functioning AC, etc. I would not recommend this hotel for a family. The price, after the parking fee, was not that different than better hotels in the area.

Great stay, Monica the manager was awesome and let us check in earlier. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect. Very close to downtown. I will stay here again!

Such bad customer service here. I booked a room for two nights and they were supposed to hold the room with my card while I would pay at check-​in with another card. While doing just that they put a 400 $ hold on my account before check in had even started. Once checked out we had they other card charged for the price of the room. Now a day later I see yet another charge to my account for that same 400 $ price. That’s a grand total of close to 1200 $ that these people have charged me through to accounts. When I call to talk to someone about my issue, the night guy, literally has the worst attitude. Would not offer any assistance, would not help in any way when it came to my situation. He just told me that’s it my banks problem now? Screw that man! I couldn’t believe how rude this guy was. Seriously could use some new staff with a little bit more customer service background & respect. Not ever coming to this place again.

It was available, and the price was reasonable. However, never did get Wifi to work, the TV remote was inoperable, and old AC unit was very noisy.
