pros… can’t believe that i didn’t Unilocal this place yet. they have chinese herbs and other stuff.
cons…owner and customer service. both pretty horrible as things go. owner is not friendly and doesn’t make for a good first impression. not helpful and sometime down right abrasive like a razor. you will feel raw after a bad encounter with her. customer service by her employees is kind of hit or miss, as it depends on how hard she is riding them that day. have been in here perhaps 3 times and every time, i just want out. a lot of loud angry talking going on here.
herb wise, she has most everything, but the prices for a formula are ridiculous. and if i wanted to get talked down to i can… oh wait, i don’t get talked down anywhere else. needless to say, if i’m looking for herbs, i’m off to my favorite place vihn hoa down the street. they know how to treat people.

The practitioner is downright unreliable and rude. Although the person at the store took down my appointment time, I waited over 1.5 hours today without any sign of the practitioner. Also, practitioner had promised to deliver the medicine but broke her promise again by not responding to her phone or text. I would strongly recommend that you take your business to another location.

I had to get the credit card company to issue my refund in my case, even though the owner said that she would refund me the extra $ 1,000+ charged… fat lies.

…needed to get some herbs (not that kind) for health and was put on to this spot behind 99 Ranch in Clairemont, so i figured i would check em out and see whats up.
Its a small store jam packed with all kinds or crazy medicinal herbs. They have anything you could possibly need to cure anything you could possibly have wrong with you!
The people are, well, not the friendliest bunch, but if you pry long enough, your persistence will pay off with some of their in-​depth knowledge of what herbs are to treat what ails you. Dont be discouraged by them, keep asking more and more questions until you feel comfortable; thats the best advice i can giveya! Youll form an understanding of what i mean real quick in this spot!
I would give them a better rating, but, honestly, theyre just too — dare i say, seemingly… supercilious?! Good luck, be polite!
