We called Ted to get some vertical blinds for my mom’s new house. The process was easy and relatively fast. The product we chose looks great, was installed well, and was in our price range. All in all very satisfied!

I moved to a new home 3 years ago. It’s a beautiful house with lots of windows and natural light. However, in the summer months, the sun can be a little strong, so my husband and I decided to put shades on the windows. The owner Ted came over and walked me through what type of shades would work best in each room. He took into consideration, the safety of my small children and suggest light rise Hunter Douglas shades that did not have a cord that the kids could get caught up in.
I’ve had a few shades break, no surprise as much as I open and close the windows. All I have to do is call Ted and he comes and picks them up right away and ships them off to the company to be repaired. Ted provides the best customer service I have ever seen. I HIGHLY suggest Ted to anyone who is looking for beautiful window shades.
