I’m so glad that Charles set up my back up. My server completely stopped working and if Charles would have not set-up the back up for my office, my company would have lost Millions of Dollars instead we lost a few thousand dollars. We lost one day’s work. Now that Charles set up my new server, he made sure that i have two backups a day. Thanks Charles for all of your hard work. I have known chuck for about 15 years, he has always been my techy go to guy. Great service, from a customer prospective. Not only did he do a great job cleaning out the viruses, but he also took the time cleaned the fan vents and made it nice and Shiney again. He was willing to come pick up my laptop and even dropped them off while I was working. Due to his expert and quick turn around times, he will always be my and my family’s go to techy guy!

Charles does great work from building custom computers to doing tune ups on slow running machines, «which he did on mine today.» He makes house calls, is on time and reasonable.
Tell your friends, parents or anyone needing help as he’s your man. He’s also a real nice guy as well.
