Had an appt for an estimate to fix the garage door spring and gave us a time window of 9 – 12. Just before 12 they call and advise me that their tech called in sick so they would not be able to make it out that day but first thing tomorrow they would be able to. Tomorrow comes and no call, no show, no nothing. That is not good business. Thanks but no thanks.

This is a follow on review of my previous one. The technician finally came by, after three days delay. He said it was a mixup at the office and somebody else should have fixed it earlier. Anyway, he had the right button, but it still did not work. On the good side, the technician seemed knowledgeable and competent. That didn’t get the door working, though. Bottom line, I paid $ 59 and the door is exactly as it was. Oh, well.
