As a long time local resident of North PB, I have been going to this dry cleaners for a long time. It has undergone several ownership changes in the past few years. For basic needs, it’s always my most convenient go-to cleaners because the cost is great and it’s on my way home! The negatives are that the parking is tight, but that depends on when you go, I’d say I am able to nab a spot 9 out of 10 times. The newest lady who runs the desk has always been friendly, nice, and seems to always have a lower price than the other place I like. Basically, If it’s an easy fix or a quick hem, this is my place. If it’s a garment that needs more detail, I go to my other, more expensive option. They get the job done at a good price, so I’m happy with it. And the hems on my new curtains are perfect.

I have used this establishment a few times, and my clothes frequently would still have the same stains on them when I received my items after they were cleaned, or the stains would magically come back after a few days! Their customer service isn’t the greatest either.

I took some work shirts and slacks to get dry cleaned. When wearing one of the shirts at work I noticed spots on the sleeve and cuff that looked like rust stains. The next time I visited I mentioned the stains and they took no credit for getting them on my shirt. When I got my laundry back for the second time, literally ALL my work shirts had the same stains and were ruined. I brought them back and the mean women who work there weren’t willing to do anything to compensate me. I can’t not express how terrible this place is. DON’T EVERGO!

I’ve thought about joining Unilocal for a long time. The extraordinarily bad experience I had at this dry cleaner finally convinced me to join. You all need to know how bad they are. I dropped of a couple pairs of pants, two jackets and a silk shirt. The pants are ok but the jackets were pressed really weird. They are not wearable. I hope my regular dry cleaner can fix them. The silk shirt is a lost cause. Have you ever accidentally washed & dried a silk shirt on high heat with your bath towels? That is how this shirt looks now. It’s the clothing equivalent of a raisin; shriveled up and oddly darker than it used to be. They hid it in between the other items so I didn’t see how bad it was when I picked it up. This place is dirt cheap but seriously not worth it.

I’ve been a frequent customer for 10 years now and have never had a shirt lost or ripped. We tried LeLe’s at Bird Rock a few months ago because of a gift certificate we won at an auction for my daughters school and they lost one shirt on the first ever visit! I did get it back 2 months later though. This place has low prices and gets clothes clean, I can’t ask for more from a dry cleaning business. I don’t need the small talk or happy talk. I just want my clothes dependably cleaned. You also get a 10% discount if you pay cash up front rather than when you pick up. Also absolute lowest pricing for altering, I usually get most pants hemmed and sometimes sleeves shortened(long and lean I am not).

This place is very inexpensive and does a great job with a quick turnaround time. My wife and I have been coming here regularly for 3 years. They also do pretty darn good alterations by the way. Some people have complained about the staff not being outgoing enough… You’re dropping off clothes for cleaning and then picking them up. There’s really nothing to chat with them about during a 30 second transaction anyway.

Worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. Dry clean only clothes are quite a bit smaller once I received them back. Note that these clothes have been dry cleaned else where with no issue. Avoid at all cost!!!

The prices are inexpensive which is what attracted me to this dry cleaners in the first place. Initially, I put up with the occasional problem… i.e., pant crease pressed off center so as to form a 2nd crease, redoes because of missed stains, etc.(even shrinking a sweater). However, the last time they cleaned a pair of my dress pants, they pressed it to a point that it left shiny patterns on the material. They did not accept responsibility for ruining it. Lesson finally learned.

This place is cheap and that’s great as long as you don’t mind getting your clothes back 2 sizes smaller. I have a sweater and 2 nice shirts that were shrunk and my boyfriend’s brand new slacks came back 2 inches shorter and super tight. He let them know that our clothes had been shrunk and they didn’t give a shit… no refund, no apology — nothing. This place SUCKS, do not take your clothes here.

Quite possibly the cheapest dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. Shirts for around $ 2 each, slacks are $ 2.75. It’s amazing how many clothes I can have cleaned for how little. The only reason I don’t absolutely love this place is because the lady who works here seems like she has a stick up her butt. It’s quite possible that she hates her job and doesn’t really want to be friendly with customers, but I think an equally plausible explanation is that her English doesn’t seem that great, so it’s hard for her to have conversations with people. Anyway, the price savings more than make up for unfriendly service.
