Tons of selection for piñatas, kids party supplies, Disney themed and more, giant bags of Mexican candy, amazing prices, and friendly service. Plus they have cheap sparklers, yay!

I have to agree with previous customers. The staff who work here specifically the two ladies are very unwelcoming and rude. You are not appreciated for being a great customer. sadly i will never return to this place because it is such a disappointment to feel unwelcome.

I’ve only been here a couple of times, and it’s only to get candy for my self not for a piñata, but if I were going to get a piñata and fill it with candy I would know where to come.

I used to go to this place to get my party supplies for my kids birthday parties… used to that is. For one they stopped renting tables and chairs and this I could live without, but the customer service is why I am giving this place 1 star. The woman who works here is unwelcoming, unhelpful and unappreciative to her customers. While this store is fully stocked, I find it pricier than other candy shops. They have lollipop bouquets for $ 3 which are the same exact ones I bought at the 99Cent store. TAKEYOURMONEYELSEWHERE&SPENDITSOMEWHEREWHERETHEEMPLOYEESWILLATLEASEMAKEEYECONTACTORCRACK A SMILE!

straight up mexican dulceria in the hood. They have lots of pinatas and a large selection of «dulce»(for my mexican homies) Make sure to wear neutral gang colors and leave the rolex at home because it can be pretty sketch sometimes. Especially with the characters hanging around the delicious food truck right next door. They have lots of pinatas and a large selection of «dulce»(for my mexican homies) pro tip: buy food at the taco truck, walk here for drinks(they are cheaper and have a better selection) and buy some candy for dessert. you’re welcome!

Yes the store is great. But, custom orders are poorly taken. The communication of the staff is just not good. I ordered a piñata. I gave them a good photo, with colors etc. I knew something would go wrong after seeing the staff person remove my instructions and in a very abrasive tone said, «we will send the photo and they know what to do». Well obviously they don’t know the difference between blue and black. Do you know of a place that takes custom orders? Shows samples of the colors/papers? Where…

I came here with a goal to find a giant cute Minnie Mouse piñata for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. SCORE! They had such a large selection of pinatas, candy(American and Mexican), and decorations! You name it, they will probably have it. We were able to get a huge Minnie Mouse piñata, stick, 3 bags of candy for about $ 30! That’s a deal considering this piñata this size would have normally cost $ 40+ alone at Party City. I’m so glad I found this place! Will definitely be coming back for when I start planning my son’s birthday.

Went looking for Elote Pops the candy yesterday and found them! YAY. I also bought some sparklers and a bag of Mango Y Tamarindo Spoon candy. This was all for $ 11.11 This place has Piñata’s galore and full of both Mexican and American candy! The girl who works here was very polite and helpful.

This place is great. It’s got everything you need for a piñata party, or for a fix on cheap Mexican candy.

i went in here this week to get 2 pinatas… one for each kid. i was immediately overwhelmed as soon as i entered. the place was a sea of pinatas… i could not see the ceiling and could barely see the pinatas that were squeezed together, suspended from the ceiling beyond… now this was not a negative overwhelming feeling… rather quite exciting! i roamed through the store… found a few different princess pinatas …(the girl is much pickier than the boy)… emerged back out and before i could ask for help the lady behind the counter came out to help me. she helped me pick a few different one’s to compare… she quickly found me a piñata for the boy(angry bird!) 2 pinatas @ $ 16 each… not bad. i know they are half the price in TJ, but this is darn good for this side of the border. i found the perfect candle’s for a buck each and tissue paper to make those fancy martha stewart puff balls $ 2 for 20 pieces… not bad! if i am ever in need of a piñata again… this is the spot! they had tons of candy to fill(which i didn’t get b/c i was in a hurry) and every other party supply you could possibly need… seriously a one stop party shop(minus the booze)

This is the store I will go to get a piñata. You can get a huge piñata, rope, and the stick to hit the piñata for under $ 20. The store is filled with Mexican candies too. I wish I knew about this place years ago I could save a lot of $.

Dulceria Azteca is your one stop shopping for various piñatas and leaded Mexican candy! I came by last week to grab some supplies for a summer work party. Although they have a small store, the entire upper half of Dulceria Azteca is full of a great selection of piñatas hanging from the rafters. Elmo, Shrek, Batman, Spiderman, random princess, Dora, even classic star shaped piñatas, etc… We settled on an Angry Bird($ 7) and a Yoda piñata($ 16). Prices are fair. Construction quality is good. Our Yoda was attacked by about 12 kids that all refused to wear blindfolds. That means poor Yoda had no chance of survival, and took a violent beating. He took multiple shots to the face and torso from an old wooden mop handle. Yoda eventually had his legs ripped off, and that was the beginning of the end. Once he hit the ground, he was quickly dismembered by a rabid pack of anxious kids, and one adult that likes Mexican candy. This alone was worth the 16 bucks. Candy selection here is good. I would say that 90% of it is from Mexico. I’m sure the candy is just bursting with lead, but I don’t ask too many questions. I mean, come on… I ate my fair share of lead back in the day, and Im doing just fine! Prices on candy were fair. Many of these candies are unavailable in bulk outside of Mexico. The best in my opinion are the Vero Mango. They are chili powder coated, mango flavored lollipops. Two different flavors that always hit the spot. Also, the little circular peanut marzipan, with the clear plastic red rose wrapper. These are two classics that take me back to my high school days. Grab a piñata and some candy, then throw a party. In my opinion, it is money well spent every time! The kids will always be down to take some swings at one of their cartoon buddies, if you let them.
