While I’m sure they are capable of and have done quality work done by professional workers, my SFR tear-off and re-roof a few years back was no example of it. At least one tear off worker asked to use the bathroom, and they left roofing tear-off debris cover and permanently block all the perimeter soffit attic vents. This remains a HUGE problem to this day(these vents became inaccessible once the new roof got nailed down). Approx. 1⁄3 of the nails for the wood sheathing they installed missed the roofing studs entirely. The composition shingle material they delivered had two different batch codings, and even though it had a very noticeable color mismatch, the installer nailed it down anyway. They corrected it only when they got the manufacturer to compensate their labor to remove and replace. An inexcusable nightmare beginning to end caused by very poor supervision and apparent lack of worker accountability.
