Building feels like a prison. The front desk relentlessly pursues guests and residents alike with inane fake conversation starters and a pretentious attitude. Very annoying. Sterile and no character. As other reviewers said, parking is limited — street parking is targeted by the city. Easy to do better, Bosa is known and was sued for under reporting the square footage in the units.

Well this is my building I’ve been living in for the past year. I moved here from Denver and just bit the bullet md bought a condo on the 37th floor. I will say I feel I could not have picked a better place. This building is the tallest residential tower in all of San Diego. It completed in 2007 so it still seems modern and fresh. the finishes are all top grade with huge Thermador refrigerators and Bosc appliances. The windows are virtually soundproof and cleaned on the outside twice a year. There is a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, gym with high end Cymex equipment, a sauna, steam room, locker room and the most outstanding and luxurious Conservatory that can be rented for parties by residents. The consierges are here 24⁄7 and greet u immediately and cheerfully. There is a bike storage, full storage and underground parking although no guest parking is available. Most every unit has an extraordinary view of the city, the water, Coronado Bridge. In some unites u can see from La Jolla to Mexico. Must be nice for them but I’m not complaining about my sky high city view. The Electra Building feels like I live at The Four Seasons Hotel. So spoiled!

This is a pricey residential building with great views and tight security. I helped a friend move in this place and was shocked by the lack of professionalism. They have no dimensions of the apartments/condos and they won’t let you borrow their tape measure? Talk about unaccommodating! Person at the front desk can be nice or rude, depends on what day you catch him. One day I asked, «have I done something to offend you?» Of course his answer was«no». In the mornings there is a young man who sits at the front desk who has been very friendly during our few encounters. I recommend trying to work with him if you need something. No visitor parking. Pros: Clean, Modern, Great Views, Secure Building. Cons: No Visitor Parking, Rude Personnel, No Kitchen Pantry, Limited Storage, Expensive

Could anyone please tell me why there seems to be a steady stream of what looks like, mistresses or for a nicer term… party girls/women at this place? Am I missing some secret here? I have visited 3 times, and everytime its the same…2030 and 40 something women with oversized breasts and lips in groups or alone? where are their men? Im just curious as I am looking to lease a place there… :/
