I have been going here for electrolysis for about 2 years and Kathleen is the greatest! She is very professional and makes this whole process as painless as she can. The setting is very comfortable and Kathleen is always so nice and friendly.

When I moved here from another state, I tried a couple of people thinking no one could replace my previous electrologist and then I found Kathleen. What a find!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and oh so patient (this is never a fun procedure). She makes it as easy as can be. Convenient, no parking hassle, and, always on time. When I was laid off, she even gave me a break on price because she is such a kind person. I will never forget that. I would highly recommend her.

I went from a scared «i have always wanted to try this but.» as i had some very stubborn growth area’s, to looking forward to the still time, i was able to just relax as Kathleen did her magic, i am so grateful i met her when i did. i had some (what my kids refer to as billy goat hair) often i couldn’t see myself but (to have someone else point it out to you!?) now i still have the same routine of getting in the car and right away checking my face with my best pointed tweezers in hand, only now even in the perfect sun light, i have nothing to pull… thank you Kathleen you have wiped out this gal’s daily paranoia of having grown something i might not be able to see … always grateful!
