This Enterprise location by far is the best one here in Mira Mesa, I have b been renting at location for the past three years. I am an Enterprise Member Plus and they’ve got great deals for members.
Though the staff changes every so often but so far ALL the staff has been wonderful, courteous and professional. Nico, Isaac and the rest of the staff ALWAYS greets the customers with a smile. I would highly recommend this location to my family and friends.

It took 2.5 hours to get a rental here. I came in early at 9 as soon as they opened but didn’t get a rental until 11:30. They said there was a problem with my Visa card not getting accepted and so I went home to get another credit card. came back and they said there was a problem with that card as well. So my wife came and they tried her card and they said there was a problem with her card as well. But before she showed up she called her bank ahead of time and the bank said her card was good. She tells the guy at the counter what the bank said but he insist there was an error message. So the wife drives to the bank and they check her card. The bank teller says there’s funds in the account and balance available. She goes back to Enterprise and again the guy helping (but not helpful) says there’s still an error message in their system. So one of the guy sitting behind the desk ask the guy helping us if he tried manually entering the card # instead of swiping it… and lo and behold,. the Card worked. It took 2.5 hours and all they had to do was manually enter the number. The problem was with their system all along. Bottom line, I was late for work, daughter missed her flight and not a single apology from Enterprise. what a complete waste of time. I should have gone with Hertz… Never Again !! I think the high reviews here are friends of this locations. BTW: the other cards were also good.

we use Enterprise rental at the 9292 Mira Mar road location several times a year because of the 5 min drive from our house and the friendly staff. Always a great experience so I highly recommend Enterprise. I definitely give them 5 stars

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a rental car company!
I had mistakenly rented for a period two days shorter than I actually needed — I need a car NOW, not in two days.
I had gotten an excellent rate, and the agent (after presenting me with a price that was three times the original) worked with me to get the same rate for the additional two days.
The bus was at the airport when we walked out.
The car we got was excellent.
Returning was fast and simple, and again the shuttle was available immediately.
I’ll definitely use them again!

I have been using this Enterprise location at least once a month for the last couple of years. I book online in advance and usually use their pick-​up/​drop-​off service. The office staff are always prompt and courteous. And my rental car is always waiting for me.
The pricing can fluctuate a bit, so I do check online frequently to see if a better deal is available. And Nico & the staff are really good about letting me know if there are any specials I can take advantage of. I recommend this location to everyone who is in need of a car rental service. They will take good care of you!

I had a great experience. They are very helpful, had an issue with my first car and was able to exchange it no problem. Everything they had said they followed through with. Will definetely rent another car from them again if I need to.

I could not be happier with the services and treatment I received here. After a very stressful accident, I was (from another branch) picked up late, promised a car that was not even available, and told to come back the next day only for the same thing to happen again. I spent a week calling several other branches but when I called this one Nicoh literally turned my experience around. He was friendly and polite on the phone, willing to do what it took to help me become a satisfy customer. He went beyond expectations to make sure that my needs were meet and walked me through everything. While I was there he greeted every customer with a cheerful and warm welcome and sincerely seemed thrilled to be doing his job. I can honestly say that the team here provides excellent customer service and this will be the location that I will not only use for all future transactions but recommend to families and friends as well. Thank you for everything you guys have done to help me out and keep up the good work!

Wow I want to thank the wonderful team at Enterprise Rental on Miramar Rd in San Diego as well as the Enterprise Exotic Car Collection for their help. I worked with Johnny who diligently found the car I wanted to rent. He went beyond the call of duty for me and I am truly grateful for his help, caring and kindness. You have such a great staff!!! The worked fast and efficient and they showed how much they care about taking care of their customers!!! So impressed! You guys are just awesome!!! The employees at this location are Awesome!!! Very professional, courteous and understanding. Driver was on time to pick me up. A problem, on my end, arose that delayed getting the car. They gave me a ride back home to get it resolved then picked me back up when I was ready. I travel the whole U.S. for work and this place is, By Far, the BEST rental office I have been to. You can feel the positive energy when you walk through the door.

The staff at Enterprise is always professional and accommodating to my car rental needs! The cars are always super clean and rentals are hassle free! I’ll never use a different car rental agency.

I did not hit the jackpot this time but I the service is still awesome. I was stranded the day before because I did not not how to turn the engine and these guys went out to get me.
Then the next day I realize I didn’t like the car so much and I was not sure if I wanted to keep it for a week and so I called in and Katy was so nice to swap me out. The awesome part is that I had a full tank and they told me not to worry about the tank from the previous car. Now this is what you call a real customer service.

These guys have been my goto-​rental place since I moved to Mira Mesa a few months ago. I have unintentionally returned the car late a few times due to being unfamiliar with the new area, but they always waived the charges.

I always get a family discount, so I must give them 5 stars for the low rates!
However, if you like to choose your car (like I do), then you need to go to the airport location. I always upgrade if possible and get the nicer looking colors.
If you rent a car in San Diego, then you can return to any SD location without paying any extra fees (just double check with your rep).
