If you’re looking to get your butt kicked(in a tough but loving way), Liz is your woman! No matter what your health and fitness goals may be, Liz is a maniacal stand for results that can be seen AND felt. She has brought a lot of knowledge to me regarding my diet and exercise routine and I have watched her transform the lives and bodies of people all around me. I highly recommend Fitabolize if you’re serious about getting healthy and feeling happy. :)

Ok. I’ve been training with Liz for a bit over 8 months now, from Crossfit, to, yoga, to TRX and back and I can’t say I regret it one bit. I’ve been pushed, tested, beaten and trained till I was well pass my limits. I know that doesn’t sound good, but actually it’s the best thing that’s happened to me. Her lively personality and one-on-one teachings helped improved my form drastically. I can do more exercises with ease, run further(one of my biggiest issues) and I’m all around healthier. I use to have a bit of an issue with back exercises, but now my back muscles are stronger and I learned that I was not using proper form, so that helped. Liz is a great instructed. And although I haven’t experienced many different instructors, of the few I have LIZIS #1 in my book. She’s just all around fun to coach with cause she makes it feel more like working out with a friend rather than a strict business meeting or something. A real people person if you will. I even took it an extra step and tried and completed(hold you applause) her sugar buster program. And trust me, coming from a guy that are at least one candy snack/bar a day. I’ve made a huge step in dropping my cravings. I guess what I’m trying to say is I’d reccomend Liz’s class to anyone who loves to workout and still have fun.

AMAZINGTRAINER. A great source of knowledge and cares about her clients. The benefits of knowing her are unlimited. The personal growth in my mma and crossfit and nutrition are in great part to this woman. Well worth it and will highly recommend to anyone else.

I have been working out with Liz for almost 1 year now. During that time I have done yoga, crossfit, TRX, and circuit training with her. I have gotten more flexible, stronger, and even with my shift changes I have been able to maintain my active lifestyle with volleyball, snowboarding, and working out. As long as I’m down in San Diego and she is here I plan to keep training with Liz. I’m grateful to have found such an awesome personal trainer.

I’ve know Liz for a few years now. I met her at a yoga class with her as the instructor. I have learned so much from her. She has helped me transform my life completely. With her help, and fitabolize, I lost weight, started eating healthy, I exercise regularly, I’m so toned and in the best shape of my life. She has also helped me develop a healthier perspective of overall health. She is such a great coach. With her influence you could move mountains. She has so much knowledge, and she really knows what she is talking about. If it wasn’t for her encouragement and help, I wouldn’t be where I am now. Liz offers a variety of experience in yoga, crossfit, TRX, weight training, nutrition, Zumba, weight loss, etc. her knowledge has no boundaries! Whatever you are looking for, Liz has it.
