Fleming Property Management

Dealing with Linda Fleming, the property manager (owner?) was a VERY unpleasant experience. Very unfriendly and rude. It’s unfortunate, because I really liked everything else about the location and building. With such a negative and nasty person as the first point of contact, I imagine this company is driving quite a few qualified renters away. I can only imagine having to deal with her on a daily basis (she lives and works out of the same building).
Also, on the rental application, she asks for your social, DL, AND credit card numbers and bank account numbers! That’s crazy! Hell NO.

Fleming Mgmt has nice buildings. As far as apartments go, the units in my building are better than most I’ve seen over the years. The owners keep them updated. I love that they have color on the walls instead of the generic eggshell that most apartments boast. My unit has two shades of brown. It really looks awesome and, due to the color on the walls, it feels much more homey.
Linda is really very helpful. The building is older, so I’ve had to call her on a couple issues over the last year. She gets things addressed in a timely manner. Only complaint is that I’ve had to take off work a few times to be home to let the workers in when something breaks. But I guess that’s sort of my own issue because I have a dog and can’t have strangers entering without me. All-​in-​all I’m very happy with Fleming Mgmt.
