I highly recommend stopping by and starting the day off with us. Maring is a great teacher, who uses her creativity to make every work out unique and fun. I love that she focuses and really drills in on the fundamentals. This is my 2 yr. anniversary with Flight Aerial Fitness and I cannot wait to get even more stronger, graceful and learn more skills.

There aren’t that many classes that can motivate me to be at the gym at 7am. Maring’s classes are the best. It is extremely challenging and fun. Maring is committed to helping each student reach their goals and is able to identify exactly what is needed to improve form and technique. I wish that I had learned from her from the very beginning of my aerial training. It is a great group of people. A non-​competitive environment that supports one another to do their best.

This is an awesome class! I had no experience with aerial silks before starting Maring’s boot camp four months ago, and am now stronger than I ever have been and my body can do things I never thought it could. Maring is a wonderful teacher, she integrates both strength training and skill learning perfectly. The workouts are always unique, never boring, and she really works to make sure that everyone’s goals are being addressed. The group is delightful, and we have so much fun while working our butts off. Some empowering fun to be had, come join us!

I started doing Aerial Boot Camp in January, and since then I have been going every month! Maring is such a great instructor, she really keeps you engaged and involved not only during the workouts but outside them as well. You really get a good overall workout with her. Everyone else in the class are very nice and are such a supportive bunch, it’s a real joy to go in the mornings. I am so much stronger than I was when I started, and I’m looking forward to continuing on and learning more aerial skills and improving my strength!!! So much fun and such a good hard workout.

This is an amazing workout with a knowledgable instructor who is the perfect amount of encouraging, without being pushy. I have been doing this class for a couple months now and am noticing a lot of difference in my endurance and strength. I especially like that she makes sure we work out all areas of our body, so the areas I would normally skip, also get a workout. The ladies in the class are all very sweet and supportive, and besides sweating, we also do a lot of laughing during class. If you want to gain strength, lose weight, or tone up, this is the class for you.
