Foot Locker

Showed up here 8 min before closing and they wouldn’t let me in the store. The girl literally closed the gate in my face and told me they close in 8 minutes. Just lost a foot locker member as a customer.

Walked in today my sister and was extremely happy with the customer service that an associate Bramulio (I think that’s how you spell it?) gave us!
He wasn’t encroaching and was really helpful with telling us about all of the options we had available. Because it was a clearance store everything was 60% off (minus the jordans and nikes, which were 40%) the selection was really low, but he assured us that if we found a shoe that we liked but not in the size that we wanted he would see if it was available in any of the warehouses and if so we could get it shipped directly to our house for $ 3. Gooood deal!
After a couple of searches and phone calls he managed to find me 2 Nike frees both under $ 50 which I ordered and got directly shipped to my house. Quick, cheap, easy, and convenient, my fav.
Another note on the customer service, he was probably the nicest shoe seller? I’ve ever met and that’s saying a lot from a girl who’s a sneakerhead.
