I simply can’t say enough good things about frank!!! I went to his salon looking to go blonde and he did it perfectly — both the coloring and cut looked perfect and I can’t tell you how many times people complimented my cut and assumed that my blonde coloring was natural! He does it just right! And he is so personable and an overall great person! Very reasonable too! Too bad I moved from San Diego… Because I wouldve stuck with frank for a long time!!! Definitely go and see what he can do for you! You wont be disappointed!

Frank Weathers is fabulous. He has always done such a wonderful job on my hair. He is very skillful and knowledgeable and also very creative and enthusiastic.
I trust him with my hair because he really listens to me and gets involved in the process of creating a new ‘do with me. He doesn’t just stare blankly while I try to describe what I want. He responds, makes suggestions and gets excited about it too.
I always leave Frank saying «I love my hair!»
The salon is quiet and peaceful and the overall experience leaves me feeling pampered and fancy.
Go see Frank. Not only is he super nice and funny, he is truly an artist.
