I would NEVER write a dishonest review and I resent you accusing me of such. If you were unfriendly to me, then it was fairly obvious and I wrote about it. You hung me up waiting for your response to your estimate and then you were very gruff on the phone when you cancelled, no apology, which is called CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’m on the Elite Team and I’m on there because my reviews are honest and fair. You are one of the VERY few one star reviews I have ever written. You were rude to me and I called it as I saw it.
What other 5 star reviews on Unilocal for your business are you talking about? I’m your ONLY review on here so far! And you took FOUR YEARS to respond to my review?!
Really, I’m not sorry I wrote it, but I am sorry that you seem to think I wrote it with no grounds at all.
I noticed you have two other reviews on here that are hidden and obviously written by your friends because they have no other reviews! I believe that Unilocal considers that suspicious.
