Fred was very friendly and cordial. We hired him to fix a noisy bathroom fan. He cleaned it and stabilized it with screws but this did not solve the problem. We asked him to replace the fan but he did not feel comfortable doing it. We paid his hourly rate for the hour but alas we still have a noisy fan.

Fred is absolutely the best! We found him on Unilocal for an urgent issue that came up and he was on top of it immediately. First of all it is nice to finally find someone who answers their phone and will talk through scheduling and timing with you. Fred got us scheduled and fixed the issue all within 24 hours! He came in and dealt with a couple of random issues and was more than fair in price and did a great job! He had them finished and I had my receipt for payment right away which was perfect seeing as we were out of town when he came in and it is nice to have someone you trust! We will recommend him to all our friends and family!

Fred replaced the caulk in my bathroom, installed a new toilet seat, unclogged a very gross bathroom drain, and reattached a toilet paper roll holder to the wall all in under an hour and a half including a trip to Home Depot. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work.
In addition, he was very accommodating to my irregular schedule and short timeline. He was friendly and took credit cards. I would have paid twice what he charged me for the work. I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

–a less scrupulous person would have installed it just to get the extra money. If you’re looking for a reliable, versatile, reasonably-​priced handyman who does good work, Fred is the guy!
