i don’t usually review unless it’s beyond exceptional;Furniture Divano is amazing!! Cody helped me find exactly what i was looking for.(a truly beautiful couch that looks like a piece of art-​that is small enough to fit in my extra room yet large enough to be a true queen size bed thats actually comfortable like a real bed. DONE AND DONE!!! This is not your average (anything)sofa sleeper-​this is amazing to sit or sleep on. I got mine the gel mattress;this American Leather couch is lifetime guaranteed.
I’am really glad there was no issues at the warehouse (which it seems other people have had in past;i also know that the people in the store really can’t control what they do in warehouse.
that being said the delivery people were respectful awesome and on time;also explained the setup. totally awesome experience!!!

Furniture Divano does not stand behind the products they sell.
We purchased a Natuzzi sleeper /​sofa which arrived with a bent frame, pulled and crooked stitching, scratches on the leather and a dirty mattress. The Furniture Divano Service Technician evaluated our sofa and acknowledged these issues, but did nothing to resolve them. After nearly four months of calls, emails and store visits, these issues have not been addressed (with the exception of replacing the dirty mattress). We’ve offered several options to resolve these problems, however Furniture Divano accepts no responsibility for the Natuzzi products which they sell. They continue to redirect us to the sofa manufacturer (Natuzzi — an ITALIAN company) for resolution. We are still waiting for a promised resolution from Furniture Divano.

We purchased sofa, loveseat, chair from natuzzi using this vendor. Salesman was nice and very helpful explaining how important it was to order all items at once so the hides would match. When we got our furniture delivered three months later, it was as if there were three different batches of white leather used. One blueish, one creamish, one greyish. The panels form stripes which are very visible. Not acceptible at all. The chair fit and finish was also poor… like it was wearing a dress two sizes too big.
We reported the issues immediately. Took Natuzzi four weeks to decide that there was indeed a problem (with sofa, not chair!) Still waiting to get an appointment from the natuzzi quality control technician. Natuzzis proposal to fix it? Rip the sofa apart and replace the mismatched panels in our home! Basically reupholster the couch in my living room! Really? We are so disappointed with the customer service. Hopefully natuzzi will do the right thing and replace the set.
Update 1÷15÷2016 Natuzzi has agreed to refund our purchase price but not the delivery charge.

Impeccable leather furniture arranged and coordinated with sophistication. My salesperson, Codrin, knows everything one can about the manufacture and care of leather furniture. He ensured my purchase would last a lifetime, and I left happily with a beautiful new couch and rug well worth the cost.

To those of you who are searching for that perfect piece of furniture in leather, give these guys a look before you make a purchase.
Recently I began a search for a white leather sofa with ottoman. I had just bought a condo for my fiancé was looking for the perfect piece. I looked at Ashley and Hold it and about 10 other stores. None of these places had what I was looking for. By luck alone, I found this shopping center on Mirimar Road. You know you are there because it is close to the big pyramid structure. The first store had a lovely piece that would have looked great in our new condo, however they wanted over $ 5000 and couldn’t tell me when it would arrive. I almost purchased the piece when I decided that I couldn’t give up the search.
I continued to look within the same shopping center until I reached Furniture Divano. Immediately I was greeted by Codrin. Codrin was extremely knowledgeable about leather and directed me to the exact piece I had been looking for. I was immediately in love and when he told me the price, I bought it on the spot!
The quality of furniture at Furniture Divano is on par with anything I have seen at some of the most expensive stores. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I will be coming back here for all my leather furniture needs.

I bought a couch and love seat and was disappointed in the furniture. The leather was very loose and not balanced throughout for seating or the back. They had this set in the store and was much
the comfort level. I feel I threw $ 2000.00 away. It is not comfortable. I called store and was told I needed to send an email to customer service. I did and asked for a technician to come out and check it. They wouldn’t send anyone out w/​o me sending pictures
to even decide if they would send someone. I have never had this type of service before. I have had better service in retail on smaller items than their response on what was a large purchase for me.

Ordered a beautiful quality leather sectional after visiting almost every furniture store in San Diego. Great value for the quality. Quick, professional delivery crew as well.
Instead of going to the bigger stores, try this place first!

I have shopped and purchased from Furniture Divano.
They were right up front about it being produced in China Natuzzi Editions and minimum 12 to 14 weeks for delivery. Natuzzi only allows their technician to do service, so yes it did take some time for a service, but I rather have a Nattuzi repairman then some other guy to do service. My parents when I was younger had what I thought was leather, but it was vinyl. Anthony the sales person at Divano gave me a education on leather and I now realize there are natural defects in good leather.

I am so pleased with the beautiful couch I got from Furniture Divano. This store is a hidden gem along the madness that is Miramar Road. Anthony was absolutely wonderful from start to finish and helped me choose the perfect couch. He was never pushy or «salesy» and was honest about what he thought would work best at my house. He also went completely out of his way to get my couch here in less than two weeks so I would have it in time for my out of town guests. I know he went through a lot of extra work to make that happen and it was so appreciated. Definitely ask for Anthony and make sure you stop by to check this place out!
