I’m not a patient, but my bf is. He’s been going to them for years because it’s the nearest doctors office.
They seem to not want any business. They always refuse our walk ins. If we’re there, why not just take us? We don’t mind the wait, we just wanna get better! Other doctors offices make us wait rather than refuse us. They usually offer an available appointment a week after that day! I can go to another doctor within that week, hell, I’ll probably heal by then. No thanks…
They NEVER answer their phones! WHY? I’ve called them 5 times in the past 2 years and not ONCE has anyone answered. Always goes to their voicemail.
Will definitely not be going to them anymore…

Had to wait 30 min after scheduled appt time but may be due to being a first time patient.
Small waiting area, but there is sufficient seating & a decent selection of magazines to peruse. Receptionists are polite.
