Galloway has the worst customer service. You call and get dispatched to 100 different people each giving you the run around. I took almost 2 weeks to get my husbands medication filled. Finally I said enough and tried getting it transferred. They still gave me the run around. My husband’s health was getting worse. On our way to the hospital they tell us the prescription was transferred. NEVER again will we be going to Galloway.

This pharmacy has gone down hill since it stopped being Galloway Pharmacy. I’ve called them twice, to have medication. Mailed. Twice, a week later, they still didn’t deliver my meds. I called them, only to find out that they NEVER filled my prescription. They ended up having to deliver my meds the day after my follow up phone call. 8 days after my initial call.

The staff here is so friendly I feel like part of the family. Patient care is first an foremost and the pharmacy team dynamics are upbeat. I highly recommend purchasing medication from this pharmacy!
