Glenn Dewyea is by far the best realtor I have ever met. A great person and a fantastic agent! Extremely patient and on top of things. We probably saw 40 – 50 houses and he had already filtered that down for us from probably 100 we looked at online. He stayed on top of the seller in a short sale and really facilitated the deal happening quickly, despite some pretty crazy activity from the seller. We got a short sale to close in 3 weeks once the bank said ok to the price! More than anything, Glen is an easy person to work with, not pushy, more like working with a friend, which he became. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home.

Glenn & I had a long journey of over 6 months to find the right home for me. We probably saw over 20 homes in the San Diego area and although I can be a hard person to please, he was very patient and always understood my needs. He continually stayed on top of things and communicated with me regularly. He is an awesome real estate agent. Truly recommend him!

Just bought a house, using Glenn from Realty Executives. He was GREAT! Put up with a few of my idiosynchrosies, as well as very patient. Was only the second house I put an offer in on with him. Helped me throughout the process and opened up the house to check and double check things many times! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with him. He is knows the market well, especially for College area and La Mesa (where I was looking).
