Bad customer service. My friend and I walk in on Saturday around noon and barely stepped 5 feet in the door. We were looking for a certain quest protein powder flavor and the guy working there with black hair and glasses didn’t even step out from behind the register and told us the coupon wouldn’t work for the bars which wasn’t even what we were looking for. He didn’t even offer to look and see if he had it in the back. Extremely rude and very short with us. Would not recommend to anyone else to go that specific store. It’s too bad because the last girl that helped us was very nice and knowledgable. We even ended spending then what we needed. Shout to her. Wish I could remember her name. She was the reason why we came back

This is a review of the GNC on Scripps Ranch Parkway marketing practices. Almost every weekend, this store litters the Scripps Ranch area with their advertising signs. Not a few signs here and there but several maybe over a hundred. They are lined up about a foot a part, all the way down Scripps Poway Parkway and all over the shopping center, I have even seen them on Mira Mesa blvd. It’s really annoying and makes the area look cheap. I can agree to a few signs but littering the area is not being a good retail neighbor and I think the residents would appreciate GNC not doing this to our neighborhood. I will not shop there because of this.

Great and quick service. Every time I go Chris is there, always helpful and friendly. Usually stop by GNC to get Quest chips and Combat Crunch bars. I wait till I get the coupons in the mail. The coupons are usually 35% off single item or 25% entire purchase. What a great deal!

This GNC is the worst for Customer Service and Product Knowledge. The employee that is on duty most of the time, has no interest in helping customers or suggesting items in place of something that might be out of stock. I went on a Sat and GNC is supposed to open at 10:00 am and he wasn’t even there the employee to open and when he finally did show up he didn’t even care to apologize. I will never RETURN to GNC in Srcipps Ranch had they don’t know how to give good customer service, there just there for a paycheck.

If you were wondering, this is a franchised GNC, which is a good thing. They carry the preworkout I usually take(acg3). The guy who helped me(forgot his name) was really knowledgeable about the different types of supplements and gave me a lot of information. Also the store was nice and clean. Will definitely make this place one of my stops for supplements.
