Go Skate

So far so good, my son had his first lesson today. They meet you at any skate park of your choice. Jose was my 11year old sons instructor, very impressed with his patience, instructions, safety and just was a perfect fit for my son. Charlie skated away with confidence after the first session out of six. I would say is worth every penny, Thank you Jose/​Goskate.

Called these guys to inquire about lessons for our 4 yr old in the Bay Area. Misrepresented the program over the phone and the sales guy was totally rude on the phone and then sent harassing emails and made it sound as if it was our fault for calling them, not knowing how they do business, what the terms are (which aren’t posted online in the FAQs) and wanting to learn more about the way they put packages together. For a 4yr old we are trying to get into the sport? You kidding me? Nice way to encourage new adopters. Shame. If your kid already has good foundation and you are certain they are into it, might be good option. If you are trying to explore whether your child likes skateboarding, stay away. There is no refund for unused classes and they make you sound like an idiot for wanting to take just one lesson.
Spend thousands on child activities/​sports/​classes and we’ve never come across a business like this.
