Made an appointment for Sunday at 10 a.m. about two weeks ago. Got a call on Wednesday before Sunday to confirm the appointment. Nobody showed up at scheduled time. Call the company’s number but the rep said he did not have any contact or appointment listing because it was off working hours. But what was the point of having someone answering phone calls during off working hours when the rep didn’t have any number he could call to get in touch the project manager. All the rep did was to send out messages. Frustrated. Wasting my weekend.

Mickey really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. It’s so rare to have customer service like this.
He is educated and knows his stuff. If he doesn’t have an answer, he enjoys the challenge of finding out for you.

I called GoodFellas to ask them about construction in our bathroom in a house we have in SD. They were extremely polite and professional and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell that they care about their clients and want to do the best job possible to make everyone happy.

I called GoodFellas to get an estimate on the master bathroom at my home in San Clemente. They sent someone right away in order to fit into my busy schedule. The person they sent was young, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions and sense of style. I had 2 other estimates and they fell right in the middle as far as their pricing goes. I really liked their honesty and flexibility with my schedule… So far they’ve done a great job laying down the tile and they used a grayish grout which was the project managers idea… I LOVE IT! and were using a beautiful, custom, ½″ thick, frosted, frameless glass shower door which is to DIE for. I will be sure to post pictures when its complete. I have a floating vanity which is being installed tomorrow which I told them I knew I wanted before the project had even begun and they assured me that they would incorporate it in order to make it all look flush and match the rest of the bathroom. I absolutely loved working with this company. It has been such a pleasure working with GoodFellas and I have already recommended them to a neighbor of mine for her bathroom!

I heard about Goodfella’s construction company through my cousin in San Francisco (who remodeled his house with them) and I was very happy to find that they recently opened a branch in San Diego.
They are very professional, knowledgable and have been making every process, so smooth (estimates, permits, recommendations etc.)!!
Construction can sometimes be a little overwhelming, but Goodfellas makes you feel at ease, involved and informed from the beginning throughout the end.

Love Goodfellas! My fiancé and I decided to invest in a «fixer upper» and heard such great things about Goodfellas Construction, so we decided to get a estimate. They were so great to work with and communication was always there! We decided to remodel the Kitchen, Dining Room Bar Lounge, Master Bathroom and Guest bathroom. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend!
