Almost always the people who take the time out of their days to work this center are friendly and nice. It doesn’t hurt that this location is convenient for me and it warms my heart that I’m helping others who need it the most :)

i gave this place a 4-​star rating for its proximity to my condo. they’re open everyday so it’s very convenient to drop off my donations. They help you get your stuff out of the car if its heavy or bulky. They’re pretty nice most of the time. They also give you a tax deductible receipt which is handy come tax season. I would have given them a 5-​star rating if it weren’t for one occasion when i specifically asked if they took queen sized sofa beds and they said yes. When i came back with the bed one hour later, they said they would not take it anymore and it did not look like they were already too full to add it to the collection. Oh well.

Because of Goodwill functional policy, there are more than 30 donation centers in San Diego. This simple, but powerful rule helps busy people like me to contribute to others and don’t spend a lot of time on it.
The kiosks are located on the spacious parking lot. People who work there are extremely helpful and attentive. By the way, they are open from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
If you have something which you don’t really need and have kept for a while, please, make a step forward and help people who really need it.
