Ara (owner) has been helping me cover my home’s windows for the past 2 years. The first time he installed drapes for windows in my family room and master bedroom. He was very professional and attentive. He listened to my needs and provided ideas and opinions without «selling». He was very creative to give me what I want without going out of my budget. A year later and his products were still functioning very well, I decided to have him install outdoor drapes. Again, he was able to find rings that could work with my existing non removable rods; saved me a lot of money. I was thinking of using a particular neutral dark fabric to give an overall look of calmness but he provided pictures of a lighter color that would give the same effect and also feel upscale. I went with his suggestion and do not regret at all. Ara installed blackout drapes, outdoor drapes, blinds, solar shades, woven shades, and cellular shades for my home depending on each area’s needs. His prices are competitive amongst drapes and blinds companies but his professionalism, skills, and willingness to work with constraints set his company apart from the others.

In honor of small business week I am finally getting around to rating Ara and Gotcha Covered. We moved to the area and had about 10 windows to cover plus 2 112″ windows which were my nemesis. I had a couple quotes done and Ara matched pricing I had from someone else. The other guy noted how busy he was and how great business was which made me nervous. Ara was appreciative, affordable, and did excellent work. Install was done efficiently and the crew cleans up every little bit of mess they make which is a nice touch. I highly recommend Ara and Gotcha Covered for your window needs.
