Smoothest transaction I have ever experienced with a company

I like any kind of business that is green and environmental. Green Messengers offers a wide variety of services to meet delivery needs. According to their website, they also do it in an environmentally-friendly manner. I sent a package with Green Messengers and they did a good job but I am not seeing what is exactly so «green» about them? I would like to know what it is that makes this particular business so «green?» Perhaps it is the car that they drive to do deliveries? Is it an electric vehicle? Do they work to reduce the usage of paper in their offices? Do they recycle in their office and send used printer cartridges back for credits? Does the office offer staggered work schedules to help offset high daily workweek commuter vehicle emissions from the cars of their employees? Are single-use plastic bags banned there? Are employees encouraged to bike to work, if possible? Does the company sponsor beach clean-ups or support non-profits that work to protect nature? Maybe Green Messengers encourages coffee-drinkers to utilize reusable coffee mugs to save on throwing coffee cups in the waste stream? Offering great same-day delivery solutions throughout California is fabulous! But what does«we relentlessly pursue providing the most environmentally friendly, responsive, customer oriented, point-to-point delivery service in California» mean? If the«environmentally-friendly» and«green» angle is just a marketing tactic, then that is not okay. I will give Green Messengers the benefit of the doubt and 3 UnilocalSTARS but they need to get real about what they are really doing that is so great for the environment, and get THAT message out to the customers, beyond delivering stuff in an automobile that does not suck up gas.
