Just tried the local farmers market this afternoon upon meeting Bryce and his partner I did not get his name to try their excellent guacamole oh my goodness just the right amount of flavor right amount of kick chunky avocados cilantro onions tomatoes just great seasoning just Right just enough kick. They had 2 other ones that had I believe Chipotle the other one had a corn salsa sauce in it they were both very good but they’re old fashioned quacamole and then a bag of chips for 10 bucks and we had a beautiful snack all the way home back to Orange County in the rain. Keep up the great work guys.

H & B Guac Shac is environmentally concious… if you stop by to make a purchase at their food booth at the Farmers Market, they usually do not have a bag. Bring your own. If your lucky and do not have a bag of your own they may have an empty nacho chip bag that they can give you. Usually I am good about carrying my own bags. But there has been an occasional tome where I didnt amd had to hppe that they had a bag when I made my purchases.

This place has the best guacamole and salsas I’ve ever had. Flavors are remarkable with just enough kick for a «gringo». Oh and they make their own chips with corn tortillas. The people are really nice and the business is from right here in San Diego. Gotta help the local businesses. 15 bucks gets you a bag of chips, salsa and guac. Don’t want the whole shebang? You can purchase each item for 6 bucks. Best of all is they sell a walk and guac. This is a container full of chips and topped with a heaping wad of guacamole. You can even ask for a little salsa to top it off, the whole thing is only 5 bucks. Talk about a delicious breakfast. You can catch them at the Little Italy farmers market on Saturday and at the Hillcrest farmers market on Sunday.
