Got excellent advice on the phone at tax season 2015 from one of their specialists, Mrs. Kim LaFleur whose call arrived 1 minute after I left a message at their office. I made it clear I had only one question and that I was ready to pay for advice on this question, but Mrs LaFleur refused any payment. Thank you for the most excellent service.

Just so-​so. We’ve had Lauren do our taxes and she’s great, but I had someone else first and it was clear she didn’t know everything she was doing. Can’t leave messages, which is super annoying, and they don’t call back like they say they will. Makes you not feel valued as a customer.
