Half Moon Limousine Service

Great company. They are very professional, always on time, and makes the transaction very easy from pick up to delivery to payment.
I’ve used them four times for my San Diego to LAX round trip journeys, and I will continue to use them for any future trips I take.

My company uses Half Moon for airport transfers quite frequently so I recently used them for a work trip and was very happy with their service. My flight back got diverted to LAX due to fog, but my driver was in constant contact and even gave me a referral for a last minute local pick up.
Great prices, on time and reliable.

i have been using Half Moon Limo Service for the past three years and am always impressed with their prompt and courteous service. Over the years I have met all the drivers multiple times and each one is always very professional and helpful. The drivers are at our home at least 15 minutes early and waiting at the cell phone lot when our plane arrives. All the cars have always been clean and everyone on the office staff is very knowledgeable about traffic patterns and how much lead time to give for arriving at our destination. I will continue to use them and recommend them without any hesitation to friends and family.

Never again. Nothing worse than relying on a ride to the airport early in the morning and the company not even showing up. You get what you pay for. I will tell all of my work colleagues and friends to look elsewhere.

So disappointed! This is our second time using this service. The first time was in January 2014. I had excellent service with a clean car, no problem. (That is the only reason why they’re getting 2 stars).
We just got picked up from LAX again for a one-​way transit to San Diego. The car arrived fairly quickly, but the condition of the car wasn’t up to par. We specifically asked several times for a vehicle large enough for 5 adults, one baby in a car seat, and lots and lots of luggage. We were assured that size wasn’t a problem and that there would be 6 captains chairs that would recline for us to sleep on the long trip back. This was not what we got. One person had to ride up front while the rest of us all had luggage surrounding us and in between the seats. No one could recline and three of the seat belt were broken. Not the kind of safety I’m looking to take my 10 month old in. Overall, I would no longer recommend this company.

After a very stressful travel day from Europe, having Half Moon Limo Service waiting for us at LAX was a great relief. Our plane was over an hour late, and Michael was still ready for us. He was extremely courteous and drove carefully to get us home. Again, I don’t write that many reviews, but if you are looking for a car service, it doesn’t get any better.

Talk about great customer service the person answering the phone I believe her name was Charlotte is one of the nicest and most professional Services I have ever experienced. I don’t usually write reviews but after scheduling to be picked up LAX it is the absolute smoothest and easiest processes I have experienced with any company. I travel alot for work and I have used many limo services at LAX and San Diego.
I arrived approximately 15 minutes earlier then the flight was expected so I called back and the nice lady answered the phone once again I believe her name is Charlotte. She had spoke with her driver Nick who was already at the airport waiting for me to arrive. The gentleman loaded up my suitcases and was very polite and respectful throughout the entire drive to San Diego.
Traveling can be very stressful especially when you do not have a reliable company and had bad experiences. Half Moon limo will always be my go to limo service from now on. I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my family, friends and business associates.

I figured I’d give Half Moon a try considering the good reviews, but I was utterly disappointed! I made the reservation online a week ahead of my requested LAX pick-​up to San Diego and received the email confirmation and was good to go. After a 16 hour flight with two young kids and lots of luggage I was looking forward to a smooth ride to my final destination, but unfortunately there was no ride to be found. We even paid the extra for the meet and greet service, but there was no sign of anyone from Half Moon in or outside the terminal. So I called the Half Moon office and the gentlemen informed me that the driver was there and that he was going to call him to meet me at a specific spot by the exit in 10 minutes. We waited and waited, but no one showed! I called again and the gentlemen asked me to call the driver directly, which I did and the driver had no clue that he had a scheduled pickup at that time and wasn’t even near the airport. At this point I was beyond angry and frustrated with playing the coordinator between Half Moon and their driver while wasting my international roaming minutes. I decided to haul a cab large enough from LAX to take us down to SD for double the cost and called Half Moon one last time to tell them not bother sending anyone as I was not prepared to wait another 30 minutes as they requested! I waited 3 weeks before writing this review hoping they would redeem themselves and possibly use them on my return trip, but not a peep! I’m surprised they’re still in business…

Driver was early and Is very friendly. I am very pleased with their service and will use them here again when I return. I am Active duty Navy and Thomas our driver thanked me for my service, I will recommend for anyone needing a car to give these guys a chance they are awesome!

Good service for pickup from LAX to San Diego. Flights were delayed by a day due to international connection, but the customer service stayed in touch and accommodated the frequent changes without any additional charges or hassles.

I gave Half Moon a second chance and they were very professional, reliable and I had a great experience. Everything went like clockwork getting picked up from the airport. I can recommend Half Moon.

This company deserves at least five stars. I have used Half Moon Limos for three years and am as impressed today as I was during my first introduction to them. I travel extensively, and every time I call on them for transport to/​from the airport in San Diego and LA. What makes this company so extraordinary is the professionalism and personal sincerity. I have grown both a professional and personal relationship with HML, and look forward to many more years with them. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.

We had 7 people that needed to get to LAX from San Diego (multiple pick-​up spots) for a 1:05AM flight and then be picked up a week later on Sunday evening. I contacted numerous shuttle/​limo services and Half Moon was by far the most reasonably priced.
Shawn, our driver, arrived early, was clean cut, courteous and helpful. The van was clean, was in good working order and comfortably fit the 7 of us with lots of room for our luggage.
Upon landing in LAX Shawn texted me and phoned to let me know he was there and waiting.

These guys are always courteous and on time. I’ve used them 6 – 8 times now, and have always loved their service when traveling LAX to SAN, and vice versa. Very reasonably priced too.
