I have several friends who are real estate agents… but when it comes to doing a transaction for almost half million dollar, I put friendship aside and made sure I had a representative that would and could add value. Prior to this transaction, I have gone thru 13 Real Estate transactions and have found that most agents are more interested in completing a transaction than making sure all aspects of the transaction were in my best interests. I was initially lured to Help-​U-​Sell by the very substantial savings they provide… but after speaking to Paul Doroshuk, my Help-​U-​Sell Metro Reality agent, I was sold on their full service offering and the expert guidance he provided at fraction of what it would cost me with traditional agencies. I am clear I received better service than in the past and at humongous savings. Paul was informative, looked out for my best interests at every step and was 100% supportive of the decisions mI ade about offers. He was super responsive to all communications and had great attention to details and really pressed to sell my home. I cannot recommend him and Help-​U-​Sell enough. I am a delighted customer!
