Place is closed, or the website/​phones do not work.

This is by far one of the the best dispensaries I have seen in Southern California. The staff is very professional, well educated, and offers good deals to their loyal customers.

Im going back on the rooftop TODAY!
Fake ass disrespectful two-​faced hypocrites.
I kept it real witchall and ya played me on some kindergarten shit.
Funny thing is… i didnt even go into this spot, but i know who yall are.
I walked away laughing at you.

EDIT (8÷21÷11): After telling a few different heads about this experience, i decided i would come back and re-​edit my brief review of the HL.
Through speaking to other people about how things went down on the rooftop that day, i realized that, to those «hypocrites» i may have just appeared to be up on «their» rooftop and «possibly up to no good.»
I do feel however, that it was quite obvious that i was simply sitting there mindin my damn business, enjoying the rooftop view and not even makin a sound!
I showed respect, they did NOT. Im not quite sure their disrespect, as well as, how they handled the situation, was NOT at all necessary. Which led to the original «harshness» of this review.
Attempting to see it from their perspective, i realize, although they handled the situation in an immature manner, perhaps i can see, at least a little bit, why they «played me on some kindergarten shit» that day. So… its all love, i aint mad atcha!
…and getting to the «collective» review, last time i was in there was a while ago; and… it is what it is, a 2 star, «meh, ive experience better.» Straight up.

If you are a card carrying cannabis member, look no further.
This place has an amazing lounging area with a sectional couch and a 10ft television screen. It creates the perfect mood for potential chillin. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable.
The prices are great, and they have a zillion types of edibles to choose from. Other customers have said that even the same name of herb sold at other locations, doesn’t hold up to the caliber of cannabis at Higher Level.
So, go ahead, explore your world and reach a higher level.
