II highly recommend HTSD for any of your installation needs. They helped me out with several of my flat screen TV’s and did a fantastic job. They are also extremely cost effective compared to other home theater businesses I called. Just make the call!

This company delivered what it promised, even with problems it inherited within my home.
The owner, Dane Crosby was patient and relentless in solving my «ground loop» issues caused my a bad cable connection that Cox cable could not fix.
Excellent service, a true professional in every sense.

These people came out to install my new 65″ TV and three months later my TV didn’t turn on or off when prompted; the sound was not working; channels would not change, etc. There were days that the TV didn’t work at all. They kept coming out and selling me more equipment and still nothing worked.
Finally, I hired a reputable company and they threw away all the wires that were installed by HTSD, which were bad, and everything works great.
HTSD said they would take back the extra equipment I purchased, but of course they did not.
I’ve never run into anyone who is running a business with absolutely no knowledge of what they are doing. They use a licence # which is nonexistent. Beware!!!

Home Theater San Diego is awesome. Our original TV was broken so my husband used the Black Friday deals to get a newer, bigger model. We wanted it up immediately, but it was right before Thanksgiving so we weren’t sure if anyone was available. Dane with HTSD picked up the phone and came within an hour and a half. They did quick, great work and even helped us replace a mount that wasn’t sufficient for the bigger TV. I highly recommend this company!

Very professional, were able to install my TV and sound system very quickly despite it being around Christmas (when other installers told me they could not do anything until the new year). Had some specific problems — in particular, wanting to mount my TV in front of a faux-​rock fireplace — but Dane took care of that! May not be the cheapest around, but the work quality was excellent and will be using them again soon.

Dane is so helpful. We were having a problem with our tv system for a few days and it seemed nothing we did would fix the issue. We called Dane and he was over that day and fixed the problem immediately. We have used his company multiple times since and very satisfied. He set up an entire outdoor speaker system for us and at an unbelievably reasonable rate. Highly recommend him for any home theater projects. We will definitely be using him again!

I would highly recommend Dane to do any work relating to home theater. He installed two wall-​mounted television with precision. They look great, when I did not think it would be possible to make that happen. Also he wired our new ATT equipment into our media console and even fixed the door on our furniture piece without asking. Dane does it right, and we are so very pleased to have found him. Pure gold!

these guys are AMAZING…
1. when you call the actual guy who helps you picks up the phone — no computers, no receptionist.
2. when i explained my problem he made it a point to get to my house in the same day — i wasn’t waiting a week.
3 they fixed my problem in FIVE MINUTES…
4. the BEST PART he didn’t over charge me — in fact i actually paid them more because they made time that day for me and fixed my problem immediately without giving me the run around and didn’t try to upsell me anything
