My review is based on the property management side of HomeViewer. I normally correspond with Becky and she always makes sure all my questions and inquiries are addressed. Communications have a very quick turn around and the follow up is great. If I ever have request for the tenants, Becky always coordinates efficiently and gets everyone on the same page seamlessly. It’s always a pleasure working with HomeViewer. I highly recommend them for property management services.

Chris Hyatt and his in office support from Dawn Kelly make Filkey & Hyatt stand outs in the Realty business. This organization is tremendous. They went way… way beyond the call of duty in assisting me and my family in purchasing our home. Its a long sorted tale that I wont get into here, but when I started looking for a home, we found an aggressive real-​estate market with several sellers willing to lie, cheat and misrepresent their properties. Without the extraordinary support and guidance provided by Chris Hyatt at Filkey, Hyatt & Associates (Century 21), I’m sure my family would have been dragged through the filthy real-​estate and home finance market. Truly top notch (forget 5 stars… its truly 10 stars) talented professionals. Highly recommended!

Gabe Filkey is an amazing agent. Not only was he extremely patient and informative in helping us navigate the process of buying our first home, he was always willing to exceed any expectations of what one could expect from their realtor. With the distance of our relocation and our limiting work schedules, Gabe made himself available when we needed him to be, and often personally handled parts of the closing process for us when we couldn’t be there. He was very forthcoming and provided crucial insight that helped us choose the right home for our needs. He was also a great negotiator and really went to bat for us, ensuring we got the best price.
So many other people we know who have recently bought homes, endured hellacious processes; taking 18+ months to finally find a home and close escrow, making countless offers and having to compromise on features or location. With Gabe’s help, we were able to complete the entire process in less than six months and buy a home that far exceeds what we thought we would be able to afford without compromising on our needs or the location we desired.
I highly recommend Gabe to anyone with real estate needs. He is knowledgeable, genuine and attentive. I am thankful, not only for the quality of work he did for us, but also for the time I got to spend with him during the process, as I know consider him a great friend.

Gabe also was our agent when we bought our first house, the house was owned by a crazy family trust, with a couple of rich nuts people who were really mean (think Paris Hilton meets Cruella Deville) and their real estate agent was an absolute incompetent retard who didn’t know what she was doing. Gabe kept us from getting screwed by them time and time again.
And now we have the kind of home we were dreaming about.

We purchased a home recently and Gabe Filkey was there every step of the way. Gabe is the consummate professional and it shows not only in his real estate knowledge but in the fact that he dedicates himself to meeting and exceeding your expectations. During our initial meeting, he laid out what his goals were and helped us establish a needs and wants list for our new house. This proved extremely valuable in locating a home that was what we wanted and didn’t exceed our budget. Gabe was always available for any questions we had whether it was day or night, weekday or weekend. During the most critical phase of the home buying process (when we put in an offer), he would provide timely updates which really helped alleviate some of our anxieties. He was a huge help in putting us in a home that we love and we have nothing but praise for him.
