When my mother passed, I had A LOT of realtors and investors wanting to buy my house. One in particular sent me a monthly newsletter, and we talked on the phone a few times. Kim Ward was patient with me, and very understanding. When I finally decided to list the house, she was my first (and only) call.
She showed up a couple days later, looked over the house, figured out how best to sell it, came up with a listing price, and told me what she thought the house would sell for. Six days later, I was presented with several offers. Two of them were above my asking price, and above her earlier estimate.
Through the entire selling process, I heard from Kim, and regularly from Laura, just to keep me up to date on what was happening. Their level of service turned what could have been a daunting process into a fairly simple one.

Our experience with Kim was great. We recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary in our new home. As first time home buyers, Kim was very knowledgeable and helped us in every aspect of the home buying process. The amount of property we looked at was becoming overwhelming, but Kim was able to find a perfect property for our family. Kim had great resources as well (mortgage broker, home inspector…)
