I had trouble reaching my contact from the very beginning. I left several emails and calls. Finally I called the main number and they told me he was not in for a few days. Bad start. They did the mold removal and spent most of the time checking the other areas of the house(which I did not ask to be done). I got an email several days after with a bill for 6k in «additional work needed.» WHat a joke. Zero communication, just an email listing the additional work and 6k as the cost. They threaten with no issuing a clearance if you do not do the additional work. I will check Unilocal reviews of other companies and will work with one that is better suited to handle customer service. Pass on this one.
