I came to this boba place both Sunday and Monday night and all I have to say is this tea room is the hidden gem of San Diego. The store was super packed on Sunday night from all the graduate students that came out to celebrate after their ceremony. The environment in this store makes it a great place for any occasions rather it was studying for your last final exam or casually spending time with your buddies and play board games. Even when it was super busy, our server was very welcoming and patient in taking our orders. My girlfriend ordered the mango yogurt drink with the lychee jelly and it was the bomb! I was hooked! The texture was very rich and was not overload with sweetness like other places. We also got the green milk tea with boba and it was amazing! The texture of the boba was soft on the outside and chewy on the inside. This is my new boba craving! You will definitely be coming back again :)

I wish I can give this place no star at all. The customer service like sh*t. The girl in front is so rude, watch out girl. She treats her customer like sh*t. Came in with my friend, I order a popcorn chicken take out. She didn’t ask me for a sauce. When I asked for it, she gave it for me like throwing it to my face. Hey, i came in to enjoy, I paid with my money not begging u. Would never come back!!! You should reconsider how you treat the customer, the f*cking girl.

It’s a great cozy place for somebody who is looking for a quick boba fix! The employees there seemed super friendly and they have a bunch of board games!

Came in around 10 on a Saturday night and the place was decently filled with a lot of students studying. Seems like it would be a chill study space but my cousin and I just wanted to grab some food togo. She ordered the kimchi fried rice and I got the beef chow fun which wasn’t my first choice but I didn’t wanna risk togo-ing something soupy. I’d say it’s a little bit overpriced for what it is here, food and drinks both, but nothing too extreme. Food came out fast but the place seemed pretty understaffed, the guy at the register had to run to the back to give the guy my cousin’s order and then run back to take mine, it all just seems very inefficient. There was also a table trying to wave him down while all this was happening and another customer trying to order so he just kept saying«give me a minute!» all flustered. Now onto the food itself, I thought the chow fun was pretty plain tbh. I had to drown it in sriracha and even then, it was still kinda whatever. Only thing that really gave it flavor was the beef so I guess it’s a good thing that they gave a good amount of it. It was really inconsistent though, some pieces would be super tender and yummy and others would be impossible to chew, literally trying to chew rubber. I had a bite of my cousin’s fried rice and my first impression was that it was also super plain, but then I got a piece of the kimchi for my second bite and it was a lot better. So I guess it’s like the same concept, beef is the only thing giving the chow fun flavor, and kimchi was the only thing giving the fried rice flavor. This is kind of annoying tho cus then you’d have to like eat strategically and try to get a piece in every bite. Too much work man, I’m just tryna eat. I can’t say I’m surprised though, I never really expect much out of the food from these places that mainly focus on tea. My cousin got the wintermelon fresh milk which I thought was really good but as I said, kinda expensive. The boba here is whatever though, I’ve had better, but maybe it’s just cus it was the end of the day and it probably wasn’t fresh anymore.

We just waited over 45 minutes to find they lost our tickets and never made our drinks after we asked about the wait. Made one, then proceeded to forget about the second. Asked for a refund, received no apology. I tried to be understanding, but just cant.

This is my go to place for lavender milk tea(half sugar, light ice)! If y’all like creamy milks + lavender, you should seriously try it out!!! I constantly have cravings for it here. There’s a perfect amount of lavender that’s not too overwhelming. Also a tip for those who don’t like drinks too sweet(like me) — I find half sugar to be a tad too sweet still and may be changing up my order to 30% or whatever the level beneath is. As for the other stuff — I’ve had the green milk tea here and haven’t loved it. My go to for green milk tea will probably remain Tea Station. But for a good lavender — definitely try out this place!!! ***Oh and a tip: BRINGCASH!

Loved the Hokaido green milk tea with egg pudding and boba with 50% sweetness. Kids liked the kiwi smoothie with boba. I usually try a different drink each time, so I will let you know what else is great here. My son loves the Mango Black Tea with Lychee Jelly.

I usually come here with a big group during the weekend for the coffee, honey boba… Which by the way is my favorite drink to buy here. I decided to quickly stop by for a small snack to go. I ordered popcorn chicken and ended up finding that it was under cooked. :(

I love this place for milk tea! They have a large selection of everything, including toppings and sweetness level. From the milk teas that I tried here, all have been good and I will come back to try more. The Rose Milk Tea however, is very sweet, even for someone like myself who enjoys sweet drinks. My friend ordered it and I tried a sip of her drink and she doesn’t like sweet at all. The lady who made it said they use syrup(not petal) so I wouldn’t recommend this drink if you love the traditional rose milk tea, unless you like sweet drinks like candy. They have minimum $ 10 credit card charge, otherwise, it’s a $ 0.50 additional fee. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Wifi is free. Restrooms are clean. Restaurant/café is huge. Lots of tables available. Music level is descent for studying. Overall, great place to try out!

So the vibe is boba tea. Lots of people sitting around with their laptops and drinks… But the setup is restaurant, which is a bit confusing. Haha. I saw some customers getting their order taken as they sat at a table, but we walked up to the counter to order. At this point I’m confused. Hehe. The place was relatively busy, but not packed. The drink menu looked pretty extensive. I didn’t even see the food menu. We ordered a strawberry smoothie with Boba, and a Thai tea, no boba. The drinks were ready after a couple minutes and it was brought out to us. I saw on the menu that you can customize the sweetness, but that wasn’t offered to me as I ordered. The strawberry smoothie tasted alright, but had that powder taste to it. My Thai tea with no boba came with boba. And the size of the boba were fairly large. The Thai tea had a slight bitter taste. I’m not a boba drink lover, but I have tasted my share of these types of drinks. And I wasn’t feeling it… And yea, the restaurant setup with people hanging around like a coffee shop threw me off a bit. Cute art/paintings on the wall though! just like every other spot in this area, parking sucks…

My boyfriend said he heard that this place was great but honestly it wasn’t. The place itself is very cute little boba shop. It has a lot of available seating for groups and free wifi. You can also play games! Our server was super sweet. Even though there were very few workers, everything came out in a timely manner. It’s getting such a low rating because I was I unsatisfied with my boba drink and food. I ordered the match green milk tea. And you couldn’t even taste any matcha. The food I ordered was the popcorn chicken, salt and pepper chicken wings and calamari. The popcorn chicken came out very dry. You have you request for sauce too. The pepper chicken wings and calamari were loaded with MSG. Made me feel sick so I couldn’t even finish. Glad I tried this place, but I probably won’t ever be coming back.

I normally get the Milk Ice with pudding and honey boba, which I love. I also think it’s really cool how you can personalize the % of sweetness, cus I personally have a sweet tooth and like to get 125, whereas my friends can get 50% or less for a simpler taste. Today, I was feeling a little under the weather and wanted a basic drink so I resorted to the Almond Green Milk Tea. I wanted a hot drink to warm me up on this chilly night. When I went to order, the man said, «It costs an extra 50 cents to make it hot. Is that OK?» I responded, «OMG! No!» No thank you. I got a cold instead. I’m pretty frugal so that bummed me out. The drink was ok tasting; kinda bland and frothy. A hot one probably would’ve been better. Lolol. Aside from the drinks, when you enter the place, the worker shouts to you all the way from the counter, «Is it for here or to-go?» It’s pretty loud, somewhat embarrassing, and it gets everyone into your business especially since the counter is so far away from the door. Super awkward in my opinion. Nonetheless, the place is spacious, and has chill vibes. Whether you’re catching up with friends, playing board games, or studying and don’t mind a little noise in the background, this shop can accommodate your needs.

So yummy!!! Love their strawberry green tea. It’s refreshing and light… and so good that I came here two days in a row to get some boba! It’s been nearly 6 months since my visit here, so I don’t remember many details, but I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. :)

The parking lot in the plaza is pretty small, drive with caution because it’s a tight squeeze for two cars to be driving side by side. I came here on a Friday night with 3 other friends. The place wasn’t too busy but as the night went on, most of the tables were filled. I ordered my usual Rose Milk Tea with Honey Boba. At first I thought this place was pretty good but after it a while it seems to be aiight. The Iced Milks are great for first timers or newbie boba drinkers but It kinda loses its touch after a while. It’s also on the pricier side of bobas and require you to do a $ 10.00 minimum if you’re trying to use your credit card or else they’ll charge $ 0.30 charge. However, they do have free WIFI and has lots of seating so the setting is great. It’s a very«eh sure» and«where else would be good» type of place. Try it if it’s your first time, but I’m unsure if I’ll ever be a hard core regular here.

There are a lot of choices here, so you’ll be sure to find something that peaks your interest whether you’re into milk teas, flavored teas, milk drinks, or slushies. I tried the honey milk green tea and the almond milk tea, both with boba. Flavor: 4 stars — tasty and refreshing, but still not the best you’ll find of these flavors Boba: 2 stars — boba was far too soft and didn’t have that nice chewiness of perfectly prepared boba; not 1 star though because at least it was still palatable and not yet at that slimy, mushy consistency that completely ruins the drink Overall, I would consider returning here but would probably opt for a different topping for my drink

I’ve seen this place and been wanting to check it out. Finally came here the other night to try their drinks. Based on reviews, I decided to order iced milk with caramel pudding and honey boba. I was also thinking about ordering food, but(at that time… it was late) they told me they could only make me popcorn chicken. I’m sure it’s pretty good(based on reviews), but I wanted a more substantial /solid meal. So I ended up only ordering the drink. Their menu food items look good. I’d like to return and try some of the dishes here. Pineapple fried rice and some of their noodle dishes sound interesting. The drink I ordered was pretty good. Like some of the reviews stated, it’s actually not too sweet at all. I expected it to be sweet because of the(caramel) pudding and(honey) boba, but it wasn’t. Not necessarily a bad thing though. Still pretty flavorful. There is plenty of seating here. I saw a few students studying here and a small group at another table. Free WiFi. Good vibe and good service here.

Taiwanese Lunch Specials you say… sign me up. I recently had a huge craving for Taiwanese food and searched endlessly for a solution to this craving. Infini Tea popped up in a search which at first baffled me as I wasn’t craving boba drinks. But it turns out Infini Tea serves Taiwanese based dishes. Unilocal says Infini Tea opens at 12p but a quick call to them quickly confirmed they open at 11:30a. I also asked if they serve Taiwanese food which the girl said yes. These are the lunch specials offered 12p-3p(I think everyday) that gives you a free drink. There was confusion at first about what complimentary ice teas were offered. The waitress, who told us she’s new, said we could choose from any of the above milk teas. She later came back to apologize and say, no, it’s just a standard ice green/black/milk tea we could choose from(which was fine by us). For the teas you can choose a sugar level of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 125%. We ordered: BEEFNOODLESOUP $ 8.95 I actually liked the broth even though it LOOKS very thin and murky. There was a decent beefy taste to the broth and I could detect the ginger and green scallions. It reminded me of the version my relatives would make for us as kids. I did wish the broth had a deeper beefy depth to it. The beef was alright-tender but nothing great. Sis felt certain pieces were too chewy and unpleasant. PICKLEDPORKRICE $ 9.95 This was a generous portion of fatty pork. The pork was stewed quite nicely as the fat and meat pretty much was fork tender. It was perhaps a bit salty but that’s something we’ve been accustomed to growing up eating this. We both enjoyed the pickled mustard greens beneath the pork. I really felt the $ 9.95 price tag for this lunch plate was quite fair. The stewed tofu was salty(I think they stewed it with the pork belly) so the cold zucchini was a nice accompaniment to this plate. FRIEDTOFU $ 4.50 Nothing special here but the fried tofu was fried nicely with a cornstarch type of batter. The dipping sauce was thick soy(or as sis calls it — orange cap soy — you’ll have to know soy sauces at 99 Ranch to get humor in that) and minced garlic. SALTANDPEPPERCHICKENWINGSWITHRICE $ 8.50 We decided to get this because the chicken wings alone, on the appetizer option, cost $ 7.25. So we figured it’s wise® to spend an additional $ 1.25 to get the sides with the wings. There’s plenty of garlic and peppers but the wings were over fried. The exterior had a nice crunch and we liked the chicken skin. But the meat wasn’t all that great to eat. Service was slow considering there were only two tables with customers on our visit. The young waitress was new so it’s understandable. Would we come back for another visit. I think it’s worth another visit to try out more dishes. So we’ll see. Prices seem fair especially if you come between 12−3p to get that free ice tea(averages about $ 2.85 or so I think on drink menu).
