I had encountered this brand at Honolulu Marathon 2014 expo. They were not selling the socks but just wanted to ask some questions. In return, they sent me a pair of cool socks. I thought they just got my information free and will never receive socks. I am impressed by their words. And the socks I had received are very comfortable. I will buy some more from them.
The business is established since 1999. Injinji is dedicated to the health and performance of feet. I had never heard of them until before this HNL marathon 2014.
Injinji means African term that describes when a drumming circle reaches a climax, the peak in the performance, when all of the participants are at one with the rhythm, when everybody hits a stride and there is unison among all. I like the naming too.
