Very nice Marina. Nice location to shops and restaurants. Will be better when offices are built and facilities are finished. Good prices.

This is one of Point Loma’s HIdden Gems. Get there by walking across the street from The Brigantine on Shelter Island. Walk or ride your bike around a slice of paradise that is rarely crowded. You can go all the way to Jimmys. Stop by Point Loma Seafoods and check out their new 2nd floor outdoor view.

What a great group of people on the docks of Intrepid Landing! The tenants are friendly and helpful :) The docks and location in America’s Cup Harbor are great! I can’t wait to see what they’ll do next with the new buildings to be built, which I hear will include a new restaurant for Point Loma. Nice to be a part of the San Diego waterfront: D
