J & C Carpet

J&C carpet cleaning is below par! I got this service through my apartment complex for renewing my lease. I was asked if I wanted an A.M. or P.M. appointment. I went with A.M. because I wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. I’m not sure what A.M. means to them, but I’m pretty sure 3 P.M. is not in the A. M… Strike one! They show up and do not apologize for there tardiness, no greeting, he was not at all personable… Strike 2! Then I notice he leaves my front door open when my AC on and didn’t bother to mention it so that I could turn it off. I only notice when I felt the heat from out side reach me in my bedroom. Strike three. If you use them be cautious and make sure you set aside a full day to wait around for them. Btw Carpet cleaning seems decent though.
