Jack In The Box

These people do not listen. I ordered a simple meal that they couldn’t get right. I repeated myself several times and yet they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Then when the order was on the screen it was still wrong.
This location has a serious problem with transients panhandling in front of the location and in the drive thru. After several complaints about the transient problem, the restaurant manager refuses to resolve the issue. The restaurant has been robbed several times with weapons putting their employees and customers at risk. I presented a solution for security patrols through the property and the manager says, «We don’t need the service».
Piss poor communication, I will not be returning!

Horrible customer service. The employee’s leave the tables dirty! They gave me the wrong drink and Let them know to replace it and they rolled there eyes and gave me attitude!!! Horrible place never again

We visit this jack in the box weekly for almost two years. The service is always fast and accurate. I’m like that they give military discount. They really cater to everyone in the drive thru, sometimes people take forever being picky ordering intricate customized orders but that’s this area. We love coming here, the food is always great!

Great employee named Domini, gave me lots of choices to choose from and was very kind and positive. Haven’t came to this Jack in a while, but with the new employees like him, I will be returning. Keep up the good work!

Hot mess buy one get one free and onion rings with french fries. The hot mess burgers were not really that hot and they forgot the french fries but we caught it before we left so it was all good. The service was great for a drive through.

I come here like 2 or 3 times a month, mostly past midnight. The service is bit better than you would expect, they gave me 2 free tacos with a meal purchase without me requesting it. Cons: I asked for buttermilk and hot sauce but didn’t get buttermilk, and the reviewer before was right, hey usually are not generous with it, though I’m happy with 1 or 2 depending how many jalapeños I get. I usually expect my order to be right, and I usually do, tonight was different though, I got my jalapeños but not with the burger I ordered, didn’t like it but I ate it because I was hungry. Common mistake, every one does mistakes, it’s a first for me here, so I’ll rate a ⁴⁄₅.

It’s convenient, it’s whatever. They get the job done.
They aren’t that generous with the buttermilk though.
