First off I absolutely LOVE jambs juice, it is sooo addicting… in a good way… But I visited this location today and was really upset with the service. It looked like the shift lead was upset about something and there were 2 new-hires today. And I can understand the frustration because I myself work in the food industry and can relate to the frustrations with new people. But it took 20minutes to receive my drink, which when I asked for coconut in my drink I didn’t get any, and my girlfriend got a ginger shot… Which took an extra 5 mins to make, the reason why I am making a big deal is because I know that on my way to work I can grab some good juice and be on my way, but because it took 25minutes total I was late for work. Not a good experience :(

I have been here a countless number of times and always have quick and great service. My go to drink orders are the peach perfection and the Caribbean passion! Make sure to sign up for the rewards program so you can get money off of your smoothies. Also, order the apple cinnamon pretzel if you are feeling hungry, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The service at this place expecially from Alexis is spot on and the smoothies are blended well and very consistent. Try the Strawberries Wild or the Razzmatazz and you will be in a Smoothie Coma. I just ordered the Pink Starburst from the secret menu and it is really good and tastes just like the name.

I’m a little disappointed with the information provided on the menu– they need to be more explicit about which drinks have added sugars, ice cream, etc. That being said I’m glad that they have added fresh pressed juice options. I love the superfood greens one! I’m shocked that they large acai bowl has almost 800 calories! I went in to get that but when I saw how high it was I couldn’t rationalize the purchase to myself. Customer service was decent and the wait wasn’t long.

I just called the Morena /Linda Vista store and spoke to someone named Katie! I asked if the pumpkin smoothie was back and she said no. I politely asked her when it would be coming back an she got rude! She said,“I don’t know maybe October”!!! Um ok, she inviously had no clue and then she honestly said she didn’t know! I then asked her for her name and she paused! I really hate it when customer service doesn’t at least try to get an answer! It shows that they truly do not care about the company they are working for!

It always a little tougher to give a specific or unique details when I’m reviewing a chain establishment. Jamba is a prepackaged experience and franchises are designed(like any other franchise) to conform to it’s corporate mold. I’ve been told there are two jobs that are known for causing hearing damage — dentists because of drill noise and pilots because of engine noise. Add Jamba Juice workers to that list as they’re audibly pounded by screaming juicers the entire day. Anywayyy, as Jamba Juice stores go this one has a product commensurate to other JJ’s but very limited indoor seating and a very tight parking lot with limited parking. The employees working when I strolled in were cordial and as efficient as they could be with what appeared to somewhat limited staffing. It took a while to get our stuff but we were in no hurry and I was more enthralled watching a guy studying a college text book as the orchestra of blenders and people swirled around him. Approach to this particular Jamba Juice is a little difficult if you’re coming from the north and you’ve got to a bit more navigating if you’re coming from Moreno. South entry to the lot appears to more accessible. My go to carrot juice was okay though not even close to Farm to Fork flavor or quality. I sampled a bit of a banana berry smoothie and it tasted fine. These are popular spots and are a decent alternative to some other choices out there. Otherwise nothing too exciting to report here.

The girl working the cashier was pretty unwelcoming. After I placed my order for one drink, she just stood there all awkward and didn’t say anything. After I said, «that’ll be all?»…she just printed my receipt and handed it to me… like-she didn’t say ANYTHING?! Weird! Then, I noticed other people were getting their drinks before me. When I found out why, the lady making my smoothie said Kale from the top of the blender dropped into my Caribbean Passion. HOLDUP… You tried to make my smoothie in an old blender??! Not that I reaaally care, but what if I was allergic to a specific ingredient? Plus-that’s kind of gross?

Waited at the register for at least five minutes while the employees talked amongst themselves… With their backs to me. Then they asked if I needed something… Ya to order!!! The few times I have been the employees agents friendly and make the situation awkward. Plus the prices have gone up.

Typical Jamba. Quick turnaround on your order. Always get the order right. This spot gets flooded by USD students. However, is the bathroom always out of order?

This is my favorite Jamba Juice, I’m here about twice a day and the most cheerful, helpful salesperson is John — he’s fantastic! Fast, easy and good vibes at this Jamba Juice.

The staff was super friendly. They didn’t seem to mind that I was being completely socially awkward, dropping my wallet, overwhelmed by options, generally half asleep. I went because I had a giftcard. The poor cashier said it was $ 5.19, the giftcard was for $ 5. I awkwardly gave him my debit card and it wasn’t until he handed it back that I realized I had change. I apologized(who charges 19 cents?) but he was chill and laughed it off. Both he and the lady smoothie maker wished me a great day. Mad props to them.

Very nummy. I always get the same drink and they have never got it wrong. Courteous associates and work quickly together. The only thing I was unhappy with was that they don’t have the free boosts anymore. They charge you 25 cents per scoop. Not a huge issue, but I know several others appreciated the free boosts

After my last trip to the other Jamba Juice, I started frequenting my local Jamba and really like it. It’s open early so I can run in on my way to work. There are usually two employees in the morning and they do a great job of being cheerful and getting my order quick. The parking lot can be busy, but in the morning there is VIP parking right out front! I do agree with other Unilocalers, the cost for what I get is a little overrated. $ 6 for a 32oz smoothie? I could go across the street and get a 72oz(exaggeration for emphasis) something for half that. I know it’s quality and it’s supposed to be a meal-replacement, but $ 6+ is a little high.

I’m a huge fan of Jamba Juice, but this location is not quality! My smoothie was made quickly enough, but when I tasted it there were ice chunks and the fruit was in chunks. I recommend the Jamba Juice across from Hazard Center, much better quality!

Friendly helpful staff. I got my smoothie super quick. I was using a $ 2 coupon thing and they had no problems with it and even told me to print more and keep using them until they expired. Still, it is just a Jamba Juice so how good can it be? Even at $ 2 for the super small drink I felt like the value just wasn’t there.

HEhehe. I am silly. I like being silly especially for the reactions from people I have never met. People here took it well. They offer wraps flatbreads and other yummy items. Jamba offers alot of deals through the year which I take advantage of. Usually I hate drinking calories but when they are somewhat good for you and taste this good Hecks Yes. I usually get the chimichurri Wrap half now half later. Always good service a little message board and some tables to sit if you want to eat in. O h and if im not mistaken I believe they have a bathroom!

I just went to pick up a smoothie for the office and myself. There was a general consensus of what they wanted, but mostly it was«or whatever, something good». Well, the experience was anything but good. There was one angry looking employee behind the counter, loud music, and a couple of teenage girls hanging hanging around. The cashier was a training mentor(she had one of those gold swirlie pins on her name tag) and she didn’t say«hi» or smile(ding — that’s even against the customer service guidelines!). She took the orders. It was a little difficult because she wasn’t pay attention. I asked if she could turn the music down a little. She scoffed. I forgot something. I asked another team member if he could put a femme boost or lady’s health boost into the smoothies(this was the ladies’ requests from the office). He looked puzzled. The training mentor cashier gave me a nasty look and said, «We don’t have the fem boost anymore.» I asked if two of the smoothies could have a vitamin boost. I didn’t care if mine had a boost. It seemed important to the others that there be added nutritional value. New guy still looks puzzled and looks to mean training mentor for what to do. She says, «He actually wants you to reblend the smoothies.» She scoffs again. Btw, they were using just two blend stations instead of all four. Yeah, it saves cleaning for later, but come on… Oh well, it is not like there were any customers going in during the lunch rush… I guess everyone else knew better. After another nasty look, new guy and cashier hand over the smoothies. I ask for a drink carrier and get the rolling eyes and«whatever». How the mighty have fallen! Jamba used to mean FIBER and customer service! Anyway, the Mango A Go Go was lumpy and REALLY sour. The smoothies with a boost tasted chalky and dry(there is a trick — put less boost in the smoothie than the scoop so you don’t sacrifice texture or flavor) and my peanut butter and jelly tasted expired, bad strawberries or something. Yuck! And the total on the receipt left me feeling like I had been all around screwed. Make sure that you read the reviews from real people and not just the ninja employee reviews. This Jamba failed to even meet my expectations and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The crew members were also supposed to say«Thank you» when handing over product or when I left, they didn’t. The trash can was overflowing, the blend stations looked grungy, the floor was sticky where I picked up my smoothies, and the music was hurting my brain. Save the money. Skip the calories. Skip the headache and animosity.

Jamba Juice has been in my top places to catch a refreshing smoothie for about the last 5 years. Really I’ve never had a bad experience. which looks like I might be lucky when I read some of these other people’s reviews… or really are they just overly picky? Probably. but anyhow I like how friendly the people always are and what can I say I like their merchandise at this store better than any other one I’ve been to. So I picked myself up a Jambe Juice Banana dude and he became a road trip mascot when I trekked across 5 states with a good friend one time :) O and a side note… i love the Protein Berry Pizazz… it’s always been my fave smoothie(kinda bummed they changed the name to something as lame as Protein Berry Workout though :/)
