This is for the Beer and Sake Festival 2010, which I can’t find on here to review… It was INCREDIBLE. Worth every penny we paid, and rumored to get better every year. There were your token expected rude ass vendors, models and promo people(one guy couldn’t stop hitting on Val, despite being shot down 6 times, I almost punched him in the throat), but this event was absolutely awesome. EVERY single vendor had quality products, and most of them were more than eager to get us inebriated. There were atleast 20 Unilocalers there, and about 10 of them were people I got to meet for the first time, good people, glad I was able to meet them(Jay D., Brian K., Joanna A., and company). The Sake was insanely good, and not one sake that I tasted was lower than top shelf. It was truly a high end event. The food, was hot, fresh and diverse, with everyone from Japengo, to The Marine Room, to Harrah’s casino, to Arterra the venue’s own restaurant. It was seriously impressive. I can’t eblieve the level of intoxication achievable for only $ 60USD. It was seriously off the charts. At one point A friend of ours was behind the vendor’s table pouring drinks, recieveing accolades from the vendor himself. Got to meet Danny from Unilocal, and even bring him a nice cold Sapporo, which the promo girls were so nice to keep us fully satiated with. If Val didnt steal 12 Unilocal pens and 5 sapporo lighted necklaces, then I don’t know what happened that night… sry Danny… I am looking forward already to next year’s event, this is one to attend without a doubt. Be there next year, or you are missing out!
