very unsatisfied, first I went in to get my 4 speakers changed, they had me waiting for about 15 minutes, they were working on another card they started on my car, the guy who was doing my car didn’t take his time, he seemed to be in a rush, was really doing it fast, so once he finished, we tested it out, it was rattling like crazy, that was the initial reason I took it in because it’s annoying when ur listening to music & it rattles, so they take a look inside again, they said okay it’s fixed, so I take my car out, every thing seems fine but I hit a bump & even with the music off it sounded like something in side was moving, I work 7 days a week, 10 – 6:30 everyday, so it’s really hard for me to take it in to them early morning, so I call the next day letting them know I’ll bring it in at 6:30, I get there at 6:35 ish, no one greated me, everyone was Juss quiet I sat there waiting to be helped for about 30 minutes, after 30 minutes the owner comes from the smoke shop next door, then I wait another 30 minutes, they start on my car at 7:30, I was waiting for a good hour, then the guy who doesn’t speak English, speaks to the owner & says this guy has problems in Spanish, they check it out & the guy didn’t tighten the cover back on which was making it move in the back, I he said he fixed it & I left it was still moving again, I’m very disappointed in this, wasn’t expecting it to happen.
